The economic burden that is so heavy is felt by most housewives as financial managers. Therefore, mothers must be able to manage their finances properly and also empower themselves by increasing income through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.Applying the right way of financial management, the housewife is expected to get the maximum benefits from the money she has at this time so that it can ultimately be beneficial for improving the welfare of life while increasing family income through MSMEs.Majelis Taklim/ MT Namirah is a member of the Majelis Taklim who live in Makassar City, South Sulawesi as the partner of this activity. Alternative problem solving is done by conducting public lectures for MT Ibu-ibu Namirah by the post graduate lecturer at the Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen Stiami, according to their competence, namely Family Development in household, Women's Participation in politics, and Management of Household Finances and Women's Empowerment in MSMEs. Some factors that support the implementation of community service activities by conducting public lectures are the amount of interest and enthusiasm of the mothers as participants in the activities so that the activities take place smoothly and in an orderly manner. While the limiting factor is the limited time for public lectures.This activity can increase the knowledge and understanding of MT Namirah ladies about financial management and types of businesses, knowing tips for dealing with obstacles in managing household finances and MT women’s businesses. Namirah, and get the knowledge and understanding of MT Namirah about the need for halal financial sources in financial management.
Keywords: Employee Competence, Work Discipline, Employee Effectiveness. The purpose of this study to determine the meaning of Employee Competency And Discipline Work Against Employee Effectiveness. The theory used in this research is to describe Mc Ashan in Mulyasa on Employee Competence, Soegeng on Work Discipline and McGregor on the effectiveness of employee's work. The method used in this research is quantitative method through survey, with population of 70 sample with saturated sample or whole population used as sample and research instrument using Likert Scale. With the help of SPSS application version 2.3 for windows shows that: partially t test result show that employee competence have influence and signifikan to work effectiveness of employees equal to 61,8%, because bigger than t table. Partially, the two t test results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee work is 69.0% because it is bigger than t table. Competence free variable and Discipline work together Fisting effect on the effectiveness of employee work equal to 70,4%, because Fhitung bigger than F table.
The problem that is often faced by organizations in achieving their goals is the low productivity of their employees. The problem about work productivity is a common problem that occurs in every organization. Work productivity shows the level of ability of employees to achieve results (ouput), especially in terms of quantity, therefore the level of productivity of each employee can be different. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, employee commitment and organizational support, both partially and simultaneously, on the work productivity of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretariat. This research was conducted by questionnaire survey method which was distributed to 67 respondents who were employees of the Regional Secretariat of DKI Jakarta Province. The number of samples in this study were 67 people with the sampling technique used was total sampling. The analysis used in this study is correlation and regression, t test, F test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the study prove that organizational culture and commitment of employees have a strong influence on employee work productivity, while organizational support has a moderate effect on employee work productivity. Taken together, the three independent variables have a very strong influence on the work productivity of employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretariat Administration Bureau. The results of the analysis show that these three variables are very dominant factors that influence employee work productivity.
This study aims to analyze and evaluate the influence of work motivation leadership, and career development on employee performance. This research method used a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees at the Human Resource Development Center of Air Transportation in CurugTangerang and they were 70 people in total. The research sample was 69 people (saturation sampling). Based on the research results, it shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 12,4%, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 51.5%,career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 27.4% and work motivation, leadership and on career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Human Resource Development Center of Air Transportation in Curug Tangerang by 90.9% and the remaining 9.1% is the contribution of other variables outside this study.
The business entity model development in the market-driven health sector must be carried out on a condition that the poor and other need a help are guaranteed the health service access. In this case, the Social Safety Net (JPS) concept is known. In addition, a lot of experts argue, including Anthony Culyer from the University of York stating that various public services in health services are still obliged to be provided by the government that determining the fair budget distribution. The financing system for the poor must still be maintained through various mechanisms, for example by: (1) the government subsidy through the central tax mechanism, local revenue, foreign assistance; or (2) from humanity fund. In order to develop a fund source for health services that lead to the mutual cooperation principle, the capable central or regional government can enact the regulations that order the community having a health service assurance. The health assurance membership is a mandatory, because the Indonesian culture is still unfamiliar with the disease risk management. Currently, the voluntary health assurance and Community Health Care (JPKM) entity tend to experience difficulties developing widely, especially in operating the low-income segment.
