Tolerance may through tensions between religious communities and give rise to a different sense of Brotherhood. Tolerance in life is seen from two controversies, namely Islam and social psychology. A literary review with a descriptive analysis is the method used in this study. Two theories are discussed here, i.e. the internal and external discussion. Internally, address and maintain the agreed convictions of the principle of pluralism. In the mean time, existing behaviors may be given in compliance with the maturity or mature agreement of the religion. The idea embedded in society's definition of tawazun and tasamuh. Toleransi dalam kehidupan ini ditinjau dari dua pendekatan, yaitu dalam Islam dan psikologi agama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah telaah kepustakaan dengan kata kunci toleransi bermasyarakat dan berakidah. Pendekatan ini setidaknya akan menemukan dua teori pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan toleransi internal dan eksternal. Secara internal, toleransi dalam pendekatan agama mengakui adanya konsep pluralisme dalam memilih keyakinan dan menjalankannya. Adapun secara eksternal, toleransi dapat diyakini berdasarkan kematangan sikap dalam beragama atau mampu dalam beradaptasi secara matang. Abstract: In order to develop information technology, the national education system must be improved, and Pondok Pesantren is no exception. Since the ratification of Islamic Boarding School Law there have been at least four key fields, including the eight aspects of digital-age literacy, core literacy, science, information, visuals, technology, multicultural awareness and global knowledge. The tool used in the present study was to develop the teaching abilities of Islamic boarding school students and to write them through a bibliography approach and approach to education through Kelvin Seifert's digital literacy techniques, opportunities and challenges. These findings show the students' ability to learn and comprehend it again with good analytics can be enhanced with the approach to classical book studies with critical thinking skills. Sejak disahkannya UU Pesantren setidaknya terdapat empat bidang utama, yaitu delapan aspek literasi era digital, literasi inti, sains, informasi, visual, teknologi, kesadaran multikultural, dan pengetahuan global. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan mengajar siswa pesantren dan menuliskannya melalui pendekatan bibliografi dan pendekatan pendidikan melalui teknik literasi digital, peluang dan tantangan Kelvin Seifert. Temuan ini menunjukkan kemampuan siswa untuk belajar dan memahaminya kembali dengan analitik yang baik dapat ditingkatkan dengan pendekatan studi buku klasik dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis. The marriage in Indonesia is usually done with customary rules, one of which is the Banjar tribe who still has a strong culture in the process of marriage ceremony. In practice in Indonesia, in addition to following religious regulations, tradition also becomes important, as practiced by the people of Banjar when conducting marriages filled with various customs both before, shortly or after marriages are conducted. The application of the procession, the benchmark is honesty itself, where if the total honesty requested is not met by men, then the girl's family prefers to cancel it. In this condition, the local people's customary approach is the benchmark in the traditional Banjar marriage system
Poligami merupakan ketentuan hukum Islam yang membolehkan beristeri lebih dari satu. Permasalahan ini disinggung dalam al quran dan ada ayat-ayat yang memberikan dasar hukum pada poligami. Pada dasarnya Islam membolehkan poligami yang dalam al quran disebutkan bahwa poligami maksimal di berikan batasan sampai 4 org isteri. Mengenai hal ini terdapat berbagai persoalan dan problematika yang dipahami secara beragam oleh beberapa ulama, terutama mengenai dampak poligami di era modern sekarang ini. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan berfokus pada kajian terhadap 2 kitab fikih yakni Fikih Islaam wa Adillatuhu dan Fikiih Sunnah, yang keduanya membahas tentang dampak poligami. Penulis mencoba mengkontestualisasikan cara pandang kedua kitab ini dalam memahami poligami yang terjadi di masa kini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif analitik terhadap dua kitab yang telah disebutkan di atas. Melalui tulisan ini, tampak bahwa dampak poligami sangat merugikan pihak perempuan, lebih dari itu ia juga justru menimbulkan masalah baru di lingkungan masyarakat.
This paper discusses about the problematic of the polygamy rules between text and context of the suitability of polygamy requirements stipulated in the Compilation of Islamic Law and some positive Indonesian law with the requirements and permissibility of polygamy in the book of Islamic Jurisprudence of Wahbah Zuhaili. According to Wahbah Zuhaili, the polygamy requirements are only two namely justice for their wives or children and a husband must be able to provide for the maintenance. Meanwhile, according to the Compilation of Islamic Law, several clauses explain the requirements that must be fulfilled by the husband when he wants to do polygamy. They are to maintain the welfare of the soul, wealth (livelihood), and environment. Zuhaili’s mashlahah approach is more directed to the practice of polygamy that must really achieve the goodness of the Islamic law clearly and confidently, not just lust. While the mashlahah approach in the Compilation of Islamic Law leads more to the adjustment of the ability of the soul, the provision of decent living, there is no tendency among the bride’s family, and not creating mudharat in the household and social life. The issue of the requirements as mentioned in the Islamic jurisprudence and the Compilation of Islamic Law has similarity as to avoid as much harm as possible. Abstrak: Tulisan ini membahas problematika aturan poligami antara teks dan konteks yaitu kesesuaian persyaratan poligami yang diatur dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam serta beberapa hukum positif Indonesia dengan persyaratan dan dibolehkannya poligami dalam kitab Fiqih Islam karangan Wahbah Zuhaili. Menurut Wahbah Zuhaili, persyaratan poligami hanya ada dua yaitu keadilan bagi para istri atau anak-anak mereka, dan seorang suami harus mampu memberi nafkah untuk memelihara kemaslahatannya. Sedangkan menurut Kompilasi Hukum Islam ada beberapa pasal yang menjelaskan persyaratan yang harus dilakukan oleh suami ketika ingin berpoligami, yaitu demi menjaga kemaslahatan jiwa, harta (nafkah), dan lingkungan. Pendekatan mashlahah Zuhaili lebih mengarah pada praktik poligami yang harus benar-benar mencapai kebaikan dari syariat Islam secara jelas dan yakin, bukan sekedar nafsu belaka. Sementara pendekatan mashlahah dalam KHI lebih mengarah pada penyesuaian kemampuan jiwa, pemberian nafkah yang layak, tidak ada tendensi antar keluarga mempelai, dan tidak menjadikan mudharat dalam rumah tangga dan lingkungan sosial masyarakat sekitarnya. Prasyarat poligami dari perspektif mashlahah antara kitab Fiqih Islam dan KHI memiliki kesamaan dalam masalah pemenuhan syarat berpoligami dan menghindari kemudharatan semaksimal mungkin.
The application of Islamic-based peer counseling to help students reduce anxiety in facing the challenges of modern society is based on the concept of cosmopolitan Islamic education which aims to achieve a balance between normative tendencies and freedom of thought. The method used is literature study with a qualitative approach to the relevance of the theory of counseling based on Q.S. Al-Insyirah verses 1-8. Peer counseling is designed through a halaqah approach. The findings of this study were peer counseling through the stages of the halaqah approach which functioned preventively preventive), curative (healing), preservative (maintenance) and development (development). The halaqah mechanism in increasing the ability to face problems through an internalization process which consists of three stages, namely ta'lim/ transformation, takwin/ transaction, and tanfidz/ transinternalization. The result of these three processes is the formation of the ability to cope with stress, namely thinking positively, acting positively, and expecting positively.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan konseling teman sebaya berbasis Islam untuk membantu mahasiswa mengurangi kekurangan dalam menghadapi tantangan masyarakat modern berdasar konsep pendidikan Islam kosmopolitan yang mencapai keseimbangan antara kecenderungan normatif dan kebebasan berfikir. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif terhadap relevansi teori konseling berdasar dari Q.S. Al-Insyirah ayat 1-8. Temuan penelitian ini adalah konseling teman sebaya melalui tahapan pendekatan halaqah yang erfungsi secara preventif (pencegahan), kuratif (penyembuhan), reservatif (pemeliharaan) dan pengembangan (pengembangan). Sementara itu, halaqah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghadapi masalah adalah melalui proses internalisasi yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni ta’lim/ tranformation, takwin/ transaction dan tanfidz/ transinternalisasi. Hasil dari ketiga proses tersebut adalah terbentuknya kemampuan dalam coping stres yaitu berpikir positif, bertindak positif dan harapan positif.
This study reveals the tradition of the Banjar inland tribes in their marriage rituals. For a Banjar ethnic woman, who adheres to her cultural customs, a marriage for them will only take place when it is arranged by the family. Arranged marriage means a marriage determined by the family with the prospective husband chosen by the family on certain factors. Family is the dominant factor that determines the future of a Banjar ethnic woman especially in the aspect of marriage. The research methodology used in this research is a literature review that reveals the secrets behind conventional marriage practices using a phenomenological approach. Firstly, this study found that for the Banjar ethnic group, traditionally arranged marriages are compulsory. Second, there is a culture of giving money in a nominal amount to the bride’s family before the wedding takes place. Third, the bride’s home must be filled with donations such as furniture or daily household necessities. If things as stated cannot be met, then the bride’s family will look for another prospective husband for her daughter. Such a marriage tradition is the practice and belief of the ancestors of the Banjar tribe, it is an ancient practice of dynamic animism.Keywords: Rituals; marriages; customs; Banjar; Indonesia.
This study aims to uncover the meaning behind the tedhak siten tradition and its relationship to the changes and structure of life in society. Although there are many studies that discuss this from its philosophical values, there is no character value that discusses it. These findings at least prove that tradition can provide a positive value in social life. This study uses descriptive-qualitative research with primary data researchers obtained from interviews and observations during the procession of Tedhak siten ceremony in Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan. The results of this study prove that the tedhak siten tradition practiced by the Javanese people still adopts Islamic teachings. The ceremony has a meaning related to the formation of the child's character, changes in attitude and self in life in society in the future. This tradition tends to bring up the values of goodness in the form of patterns of alms, giving thanks, praying, and being hopeful. This theory tends to be called Education optimism about what will and will be achieved later.
