This study addresses the social vision and stigma of sexuality of deaf people. According to Dizeu and Caporali (2005), there is a need to promote the use of LIBRAS both in the school and family context still in childhood seeking a better relationship between them, because this interaction would be more productive, collaborating in the construction of the identity of the deaf, besides preventing damage and disorders by facilitating access to an informative and comprehensive sexual education, considering the importance of this in the development of sexuality of the individual, emphasizing their rights to experience sexual pleasure. A literature review was used based on the terms deafness, sexuality, sexual education of the deaf, deaf culture. As a result of the search, 26 researches were obtained, among them only 8 directly addressed the sexual education of the deaf. As a result of the study, it was observed that there is a limited view about the deaf, making it impossible to access the discoveries of their identity, being placed as mentally incapable of a healthy development of notions about their own subjectivity and the world, hindering the process of social inclusion. When it comes to inclusion and access to information, human sexuality should not be discarded. It is necessary to understand that deaf subjects share a culture evidenced through their own language and the linguistic issue should not be an impediment in their social development.
The emergence of day care centers is linked to a historical context, in Brazil the new perspectives for this field of education are related to the issue of initial and continuous teacher education, in the articulation between educating and caring. Analyzing how teachers, school development assistants (ADE) and managers understand the realization of pedagogical practice and care in the education of children from zero to two years, is the focus of this investigation. Who used qualitative research, sampling and data collection in interviews and workshops with managers, teachers and school development assistants - who provide care in the municipal education units of the city surveyed. It was captured that in the process of working with the children we seek the articulation of educating and caring, the teacher plans and conducts the pedagogical process and the ADE performs care. There are divergences in the conception of caring and educating between families and school professionals; difficulties with the number of children per room, in view of meeting the needs of children; problems with infrastructure for both care and the educational process; little or no time for vocational training activities. The professionals proposed strategies to bring families closer to school and time needed for continuing education. During the investigation, it was perceived the limit of not having the view of the family, which may be the object of future research, with an expansion of the understanding of the problems and situations experienced.
