Nowadays, we all are sitting in our homes and watching what is going on in the world, as if we are watching a science fiction movie, in which we have the leading role. Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), which first appeared in Wuhan (Abdulamir, & Hafidh, 2020; Ait Addi et al., 2020 Aljofan, & Gaipov, 2020; Sorooshian, 2020) and later turned into a pandemic affecting the entire world, does not discriminate between the degree of democracy, finances, religion, gender, ethnicity and region. World is a fireplace and we all are “burning”. In the countries where the pandemic is progressing rapidly, all health professionals, regardless of their area of expertise, have been called to the field. This reminds us of the need to revive the general perspective that we have begun to forget. That is to say, no matter how specific our area of expertise is, we are obliged to keep the general perspective of our field and basic doctrines constantly fresh.
The article presents models analysis which exist in entrepreneurial activity; distinguishes the stages and peculiarities of entrepreneurial forming and development, reveals the essence of innovative entrepreneurship in conditions of education, science and manufacture integration, finds regularities and proves the principles of teachers innovative and entrepreneurial competence forming in higher technical schools, and also discloses regional practice of innovative and entrepreneurial activities implementation in the educational institutions of professional education. The material of this article is of practical value for the administration and the teaching staff of higher educational institutions of professional education in innovative and entrepreneurial activities implementation in the University, and also for teachers and students innovative and entrepreneurial competence forming.
The research objective is to reveal and analyze the problems in developing the informational environment of a university. The authors applied theoretical and empirical methods, such as observation, polling, composing a Likert scale, calculation of Spearman ranking correlation coefficients, tabular and diagram techniques of data visualization, etc., which enabled to achieve the set goal. The score method based on Likert scale enabled to reveal the problem aspects of forming the informational and digital environment of a university. Also, these techniques enabled to quantitatively assess each problem, assess their significance and reveal the degree of each factor's relation to each problem of using the information and communication technologies at a university. University professors were polled about using innovative information technologies in order to both enhance the education efficiency and apply new pedagogical concepts and techniques. The poll revealed the problem aspects impeding the development of the informational environment. The research results are presented as a series of diagrams, reliably characterizing the issues which the university professors face when implementing the educational process. Besides, a number of indicators were calculated to determine the correlation coefficients, which enabled to quantitatively assess the degree of correlation between the two series of the compared quantitative indicators. The research revealed the factors impeding the development of the informational environment of a university. Awareness of these factors by the university administration and teaching staff would allow overcoming them, with a view of increasing the quality of educational services. The authors are making a substantiated conclusion that, despite certain difficulties, the informational technologies integrated into the educational process comply with the modern requirements of the society and enhance the competencies of both the students and professors participating in the educational process.
Integration of vocational, high schools and manufacture contributes to qualified personnel for the regional oil industry effective training. So this article is aimed at the model development of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education. The basic approach to the structural-functional model development of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education is an integrative one, taking into consideration the integrated system "vocational school-high school-manufacture" components in their unity and cooperation, giving it the integrity and structural and functional stability. Structural-functional model of vocational, high school and manufacture integration in the regional system of vocational education includes functional-target, organizational-structural, content, process and result components.
The main idea of this article is to develop practical recommendations for optimization of mentoring at the modern enterprises in Russia, as mentoring as a socio-pedagogical and manufacture phenomenon in the conditions of modern enterprises is the only form of young specialists' corporate training, contributing to inter-firm competition and professional confidentiality fulfillment. However, the interrupted mentoring activities in Russia in the period of transition to market relations had a negative impact on enterprises young personnel corporate training. The presented practical advice for mentors, Advice mentors, as well as for business leaders contribute to the improvement of young personnel corporate training and the mentoring staff activities optimization in modern enterprises of Russia.
The changes in the socio-economic and spiritual spheres of modern society, trends in the renewal of the educational process put forward new demands to the level of modern teachers professional and pedagogical communication culture formation. The solution to this problem objectively requires the development of more flexible curricula of professional growth, aimed at the efficient formation of their professional and pedagogical communication culture. In this regard, this article presents the project of the curriculum "Fundamentals of professional and pedagogical communication culture formation", which allowed reveal its effectiveness for teachers who has two years of experience of professional activity. The materials of the articles are of theoretical and practical value for teachers of secondary schools, and for teachers -beginners of high schools and colleges of vocational education.
The article considers how elderly people use different types of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and studies their readiness to use ICT in everyday life, based on the data obtained in a sociological survey. We made a hypothesis that age has an effect on older people's attitudes towards ICT. In this article ICT will include the Internet, mobile devices and on-line banking. We discovered the types of ICT which will be used by older people in their everyday lives. We stipulated four areas of the use of ICT in older people's lives such as financial, administrative, accessible and entertainment. During our research we concluded that respondents aged 55 to 64 are more active in using IT and demonstrate their interest in different spheres of everyday life. We also concluded that there were no differences in the results between genders. Overall, the sociological survey has indicated that more than 42% of respondents have the skills to use modern Information Technologies. The relevance of the problem stems from the fact that the implementation of the cluster approach in the regional system of vocational education aimed at the maintenance and development of joint potential opportunities of industrial and educational spheres, which create prospects for progressive development of the Tatarstan Republic. This article aims to identify the features of the cluster approach in the regional system of vocational training that focus on strengthening the relationship network between the cluster members in order to facilitate access to new industrial and educational technologies, to share knowledge and fixed-capital assets, to accelerate learning processes due to continuity and integration processes in a single integrated regional educational-industrial complex. The article stuff is valuable for managers of vocational training institutions and representatives of the industrial sector in order to prepare specialists meeting the requirements of modern production.
