Impacto na autoestima de mulheres em situação de violência doméstica atendidas em Campina Grande, BrasilImpact on the self-esteem of women in situations of domestic violence attended in Campina Grande, BrazilImpacto en la autoestima de mujeres en situación de violencia doméstica atendidas en Campina Grande, Brasil Resumo Introdução: A problemática da violência contra mulher está disseminada em toda sociedade. O objetivo do estudo foi investigar qual o impacto na autoestima de mulheres vítimas de violência. Materiais e Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa. A amostra foi selecionada por conveniência não probabilística e composta por 11 mulheres atendidas da delegacia da mulher do município de Campina Grande, Brasil. Utilizando a técnica de análise de conteúdo elencou-se as categorias: Impacto na saúde da mulher; Impacto na autoimagem e perda da identidade feminina e Submissão e perda da liberdade. Resultados: As idades variaram entre 20 e 68 anos, o a violência trouxe sofrimento e impactos na vida da mulher como perda de sua identidade, desestruturação na autoimagem, sentimento de impotência e redução da autoestima. Discussão e Conclusões: A carga de sofrimento de saúde que devem estar capacitados para realizar um atendimento integral, apoiando-a no seu empoderamento prestar assistência a mulher vítima de violência doméstica, buscando minimizar seus impactos. Palavras chave: Violência Contra a Mulher; Autoimagem; Avaliação do Impacto na Saúde. Abstract Introduction:The problem of violence against women is widespread in every society. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact upon the self-esteem of women victims of violence. Materials and Methods: This was a qualitative study. The sample was selected through non-probabilistic convenience and comprised 11 women attending the women's police station in the city of Campina Grande, Brazil. By using the content-analysis technique, the following categories were listed: Impact upon the woman's health; Impact upon self-image and loss of female identity, and Submission and loss of freedom. Results: Ages varied from 20 to 68 years; number of feelings of impotence, and reduced self-esteem. Discussion and Conclusions: them integrally, taking them to depressive states. Many seek help from health professionals who must be trained to perform comprehensive care, supporting their empowerment and helping them to break the cycle of violence.to minimize its impacts. Dependência química e violência no universo feminino: revisão integrativaChemical dependency and violence in the female universe: an integrative review Adicción y violencia en el universo femenina: una revisión integradora ABSTRACTObjective: to review the scientific evidence on the links between substance abuse and violence in the female universe. Methods: integrative review on the basis of Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences Data, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health. The revision process was guided by the question: what is the relationship between substance abuse and violence in the feminine universe? Results: from the literature search we identified 16 primary studies. The synthesis of knowledge showed multiple face of violence against women, the risk factors associated with emphasis on the use of psychoactive substances. Conclusion: evidence suggests that violence against women can be physical, psychological and sexual. These bring significant implications for the physical and mental health of the victim, making emergent the implementation of effective measures that help to reduce this problem and to minimize the consequences.Descriptors: violence against women; drug users; mental health; nursing. A síntese do conhecimento evidenciou a múltipla face da violência contra a mulher, os fatores de risco associados com ênfase no uso de substâncias psicoativas. Conclusão: as evidências apontam que a violência contra a mulher pode ser física, psicológica e sexual. Estas trazem repercussões significativas para a saúde física e mental da vítima, tornando emergente a implementação de medidas efetivas que contribuam para a redução dessa problemática e a minimização dessas consequências. RESUMÉNObjetivo: revisar la evidencia científica sobre la relación entre el abuso de sustancias y la violencia en el universo femenino. Metodología: una revisión integradora sobre la base de América Latina y el Caribe Literatura en Ciencias de la Salud de datos, análisis de la literatura médica y de recuperación del sistema en línea y Cumulative Index de Enfermería y Salud Aliada. El proceso revisional fue guiado por la pregunta: ¿cuál es la relación entre el abuso de sustancias y la violencia en el universo femenino? Resultados: a partir de la búsqueda bibliográfica se identificaron 16 estudios primarios. La síntesis de los conocimientos mostró rostro múltiple de la violencia contra la mujer, los factores de riesgo asociados con énfasis en el uso de sustancias psicoactivas. Conclusión: la evidencia sugiere que la violencia contra las mujeres puede ser física, psicológica y sexual. Estos traer importantes consecuencias para la salud física y mental de la víctima, por lo que és emergente la implementación de medidas eficazes que ayuden a reducir este problema y reducir al mínimo las consecuencias. Objective: to analyze the possibilities of help/support through the mapping and acknowledgement of the social network of women who denounce experiences of violence at a Police Precinct for Women. Method: qualitative study based on the theoretical-methodological framework of Lia Sanicola's Social Network, through interviews with 19 women. Results: the analysis of the network maps evidenced that the primary social network was more present than the secondary on and, despite consisting of significant relations, it demonstrates limitations. The women access the secondary network occasionally in the violence problem and/or its repercussions in their life and health. The discrete presence of the health network in the composition of the social network was revealed and, when mentioned, the relation between the health professional and the woman was characterized as fragile. Conclusion: the importance of the social network relates to the creation of spaces of help/support for the women beyond the moment of the aggression, which accompany them throughout their process of emancipation from an experience annulled by violence, considering that each woman acts and makes decisions in the relational context when she is ready for it.
