Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dan Minat Beli Ulang

Abstract: ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen dan minat beli ulang pada konsumen di McDonald's Alauddin Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen McDonald's Alauddin Makassar. Sampel berjumlah 80 responden.
