Effect of Motivation, Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract: The study investigates by empirical methods the effect of motivation, leadership, and organizational culture on job satisfaction, and employee performance at Wahana Resources Ltd North Seram District, Central Maluku Regency, Indonesia.
