Abstract: The purpose of this study is to mengethui partial and simultaneous influence of culture, organizational commitment and competence to OCB on honorary employees Sekretariat Daerah Denpasar City. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires to 72 respondents and analyzed by using liniear regression beganda.
