In today's digital era and globalization, many small and medium business (SME) businesses are adopting cloud computing for the company's operations. Cloud computing is a growing data center technology in line with increasing traffic on the internet in the era of the Internet of Things (IoT). This technology overcomes the weaknesses of conventional servers for speed, scalability, and efficiency. However, there are still SMEs who are not sure of the benefits of cloud services. Therefore, this research is conducted to explore the opinions of SMEs about the benefits of cloud computing services in their business operations that encourage them to adopt this service. The qualitative research method is conducted by interviewing the top management of a number of SMEs engaged in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry. SMEs are domiciled in Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia and have been using cloud computing platform services. The results found that the most perceived benefits of cloud computing are cost savings because it can reduce capital expenditures, such as procurement of computers with high performance and purchase their own server by SMEs. On the other hand, the service enhances the company's internal organizational processes to accelerate decision making, expand markets, and speed up communication with customers. However, the security aspect and the limited provision of infrastructure remain a challenge for the adoption of cloud computing in SMEs in Indonesia. The company's effective strategy is considered to be able to minimize the negative impact of this challenge.
<p dir="ltr">Instagram as a social media network has produced <em>influencer</em>s who are influential in disseminating information and messages digitally. <em>Influencer</em>s are considered capable of impacting their followers through photo uploads and electronic word of mouth (EWoM) which they post on their social media feeds. This study was conducted qualitatively with a literature review approach and indirect interviews with <em>influencer</em>s and their followers. The results show that the role of <em>influencer</em>s has an impact on followers based on what they upload and what they write about on Instagram.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: </strong>Media sosial Instagram telah melahirkan para <em>influencer</em> yang berpengaruh dalam penyebaran informasi dan pesan secara digital. <em>Influencer</em> dinilai mampu memberikan dampak bagi para pengikutnya melalui unggahan foto dan <em>electronic word of</em> <em>mouth</em> (EWom) yang mereka sampaikan di media sosial mereka. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan <em>literature review</em> dan wawancara tidak langsung kepada para <em>influencer</em> dan juga pengikutnya. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa peranan <em>influencer</em> memberikan dampak bagi pengikutnya berdasarkan pada pada apa yang mereka unggah dan apa yang mereka tulis di sosial media Instagram. </p><div><span><br /></span></div>
Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed human life. Humans become dependent on device connectivity, product digitisation and service and information access openness. This study discusses my Police application. National Police's first national online application. This application is the result of 26 online applications that were previously built separately by work units and territorial units within the National Police. My police are integrated to improve services for the people of Indonesia. This research is used to adapt and apply Information and Communication Technology to the Community in realizing digital-based community services. The method used is research, to get insights from the application, the way adaptation is done by POLRI personnel with the presence of the technology and how it is applied in implementing digital services to the community. The results obtained show that the Police of Baintelkam officers have not been able to adapt to the connectivity of SKCK services, data relating to blood and legality of the legality of community leaders. In addition, for Personnel Readiness, traffic, moderation facilities have not been evenly distributed, access to Online SIM access has not been established nationally. Meanwhile, only the Information Technology Division and Baharkam and Criminal Investigation Offices are ready with Police Post data and Emergency Call services, because of the back-office system from the center to the police station to assist with the operation and digitization of police services in my police.

Pemanfaatan internet termasuk penggunaan media sosial dapat mengubah pola komunikasi, budaya, bahkan perolehan informasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Fenomena ini memperlihatkan adanya kontribusi yang kompleks dimana terdapat keterkaitan antara media sosial, komunikasi dan perolehan informasi. Berbagai macam media sosial yang ada pada saat ini, salah satunya adalah TikTok yang mana sedang popular dan digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan dari mulai usia dini sampai dewasa. Dalam penggunaan media sosial TikTok, agar tidak mengarah kearah yang negatif, maka diperlukan literasi digital. Apalagi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 membuat penggunaan internet khususnya media sosial termasuk TikTok semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan TikTok sebagai sarana literasi digital pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan bagaimana literasi digital yang dilakukan di beberapa negara di dunia. Selain itu, juga membahas mengenai literasi digital jika dilihat dari berbagai perspektif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital diperlukan dalam penggunaan media sosial, salah satunya TikTok yang mana jika tidak dilakukan akan menimbulkan dampak negatif. Literasi digital juga sangat diperlukan di berbagai bidang dan sektor karena keberadaannya yang mampu mengontrol masyarakat agar terhindar dari informasi yang kurang akurat dan tindak kejahatan cybercrime.
