The data collection method is by distributing online questionnaires via a google form, sent via the web what's app. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the independent variables, namely tangible and assurance on the dependent variable, namely loyalty, through the patient satisfaction variable, which is the intervention. The study was in Datu Pancaitana Hospital, Bone Regency, for two months. Sampling was done through a simple random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 110 respondents, namely people who had experienced inpatient services at the inpatient unit of Datu Pancaitana Hospital, Bone Regency. The analytical method is path analysis processed using SPSS Version 24, SPSS AMOS Version 20, and the online Sobel test. The results of this study include 1). Tangible affects the satisfaction of inpatients at Datu Pancaitana Hospital. 2). Assurance affects inpatient satisfaction at RSUD Datu Pancaitana; 3). Tangibles jeopardize the loyalty of inpatients at RSUD Datu Pancaitana; 4). Security affects the fidelity of inpatients at RSUD Datu Pancaitana; 5). the purpose of influencing the loyalty of inpatients at RSUD Datu Pancaitana; 6). Tangible effects patient loyalty through inpatient satisfaction at RSUD Datu Pancaitana; 7). Assurance affects patient loyalty through inpatient satisfaction at RSUD Datu Pancaitana.

The conversion of agricultural land for food in urban areas is a real threat to the region food security and availability. On the one hand, the livelihoods of farm workers are increasingly threatened, and it is easy to switch their livelihoods to other sectors. This study aims to examine the relationship between land conversion and farm laborers' household livelihood strategies to survive in urban areas. This study uses a mix methods approach to analyse relation between the macro data about land conversion rate data with the micro farm labor household livelihood strategy in West Java urban region. The results showed that the main livelihood for urban farm laborers could no longer be categorized, because of the fast and easy dynamics of transitioning from agricultural to non-agricultural livelihoods. This study also shows that the government's efforts are still not effective in suppressing the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural uses. The creation of new jobs based on urban agriculture is one solution that needs to be pursued to maintain food availability and the survival of urban farm workers.

Increasing tourist activities in Batu City make agricultural land conversion unavoidable. This research purpose is to discover the lost economic value of food commodities due to converted agricultural land area and labor shift. The conversion area of agricultural land in all areas can be identified through Landsat image 8 ETM+ in 2017 and 2021. An overlay analysis using ArcGIS 10.2 software with seven variables was then utilized to discover land capability and suitability. Then, it was combined with the survey results of 334 land price points to determine the distribution of agricultural land prices in Batu City by using Kriging interpolation analysis. The researcher found that the agricultural land area has decreased in the past four years by 169.96 Ha, with a lost economic value of approximately 5 billion Indonesian rupiahs. The agricultural land price in Batu City is divided into four classifications. The results indicate that the agricultural land price is high, so it accelerates agricultural land conversion. Therefore, the government should pay close attention to land conversion.
