AbstrakTata letak menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk dapat merancang penetapan fasilitas-fasilitas produksi agar tidak mengganggu kegiatan produksi. Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan tata letak adalah Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). Penempatan fasilitas-fasilitas produksi pada CV. Primaset Advertising saling terpisah-pisah sehingga membuat waktu pengerjaan menjadi panjang dan output yang dihasilkan tidak maksimal. Dengan adanya masalah ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat lebih memperpanjang waktu kerja karyawan untuk dapat menyelesaikan pesanan produk tepat waktu. Adapun produk yang paling banyak diminati adalah spanduk, x-banner, papan nama, dan neon box. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa layout usulan hasil penelitian memiliki jarak lebih pendek dengan efisiensi sebesar 27,6%, waktu pengerjaan yang optimal mencapai 19%, dapat menghemat biaya perusahaan setiap bulannya hingga 50%, dan output yang dihasilkan lebih optimal. Sehingga layout usulan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Tata letak; fasilitas produksi Analysis of layout of production facility using activity relationship chart (ARC) AbstractThe layout is one very important for a company to be able to design the determination of the production facilities in order not to disrupt production activities. The method used in the design of the layout is the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). The placement of production facilities on the CV. Based on the research, the results show that the proposed layout results had shorter distance with an efficiency of 27.6%, the optimal processing time of 19%, can save costs companies each month up to 50%, and the resulting more be better. So that the proposed layout is more effective and efficient.
Industrial progress continues to demand workspace professionalism, so it encouraged the labor market to be competitive. High enthusiasm is one signal that reflects work productivity. This work orientation is to investigate the relationship between authentic leadership and job performance mediated by organizational climate. The sample method collects the entire population, which is focused on 159 employees who work at PT. Pure Original Plywood (Kalamur) in Samarinda City. The analytical approach was tested using Partial Least Square (PLS). The empirical findings validate that authentic leadership plays an important role in building organizational climate. Meanwhile, improvement in organizational climate also has a significant effect on work performance. Interestingly, authentic leadership does not have a significant effect on job performance, but through the application of organizational climate, the effect is significant. Further implications focus on organizational climate, where the key to success in stimulating job performance is emphasizing rewarding according to their achievements. In practice, this paper also verifies that an excellent organizational climate as a concrete condition creates authentic leadership.
The industrial revolution is now entering its fourth phase. The rapid development of science and technology has a big impact on human life. Many conveniences and innovations are obtained with the support of digital technology. Education today is a phenomenon that responds to the needs of the industrial revolution with new curriculum adjustments according to the COVID-19 situation. The curriculum is able to open the window of the world through its grasp for example utilizing the internet of things (IoT). On the other hand, teachers also get more references and teaching methods. For the education sector, the presence of industry 4.0 is expected to be able to realize smart education through enhancing and equalizing the quality of education, expanding access, and relevance in realizing world-class. To realize this learning interaction is carried out through blended learning, project-based learning, and flipped classroom (public interaction and digital interaction) so that these challenges can be overcome in order to prevent the impact of pandemic transmission.
J. Co donuts and Coffee is a restaurant-based franchise company that is in great demand by some people to enjoy a weekend or just hang out for a moment with family and colleagues. Their donuts, coffee, and yogurt products have been adapted to the tastes of the Indonesian people. However, some customers feel that there are still shortcomings in terms of store atmosphere, SERVQUAL, and customer satisfaction which we need to examine. The objectivity of this study is to test the extent of the relationship between the three variables. Samples were taken from 2 large outlets (Samarinda and Surabaya) as samples that we interviewed during March -June 2020. There are four hypotheses that will be tested using 350 valid questionnaires. As a result, three hypotheses were accepted that presented store atmosphere, and SERVQUAL had a positive relationship with customer satisfaction. The store atmosphere also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction through SERVQUAL. Thus, this study suggests an alternative model, so that all hypotheses can be accepted. J.Co donuts and coffee management must consider the store atmosphere and SERVQUAL as two important factors in maintaining customer satisfaction.
