Abstract: Com o propósito de abordar aspectos éticos na ação gerencial do enfermeiro, os autores evocam Etzioni(1) e adotam uma classificação de hospital como uma referência de organização, onde o consentimento é baseado na internalização de regras aceitas como legítimas.
