Abstract: EditorialA depressão é um dos problemas clínicos mais importantes durante a gravidez, com freqüência estimada de 10-20% 1,2 . Sabe-se também que o período perinatal é desencadeador ou reativador de quadros depressivos e que a depressão pós-parto possivelmente é um quadro que se inicia durante a gestação e não é reconhecido nesta fase.
