Satisfação do paciente com os cuidados de enfermagem: comparação entre dois hospitais

Abstract: This is a descriptive study with the objective of measuring and comparing patient satisfaction with the care provided by nurses as well as verifying differences in the satisfaction level in relation to the study's variables in two São Paulo hospitals. For data collection was used the Patient Satisfaction Instrument, translated and validated in Brazil. The sample was comprised of 211 patients, of which 128 from Hospital A and 83 from Hospital B.
