Objetives: to analyze the implication of the training/continuing education process of professionals of the Expanded Nucleus of Family Health and Basic Care (Portuguese acronym: Nasf-AB) for their interprofessional performance. Methods: a qualitative case study performed with Nasf-AB teams representative of four macro-regions of health of the state of Santa Catarina. Participation of 43 professionals, who answered collective interviews. The results were later submitted to thematic analysis. Results: the training is strongly influenced by the Biomedical Model, which acts as an obstacle to interprofessional performance, given the challenges in the daily routine of Nasf-AB professionals. Continuing education emerges as a potential for the successful collaborative work among teams, and between the teams and Family Health professionals. Final considerations: there are important limits in the training of professionals. However, the constant interprofessional development promoted by strategies of continuing education contributes to broaden the support and collaborative practices that qualify services and strengthen Basic Care.

Resumo O cuidado colaborativo é apresentado como estratégia para ampliar a resolutividade na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Esse estudo analisa o cuidado colaborativo exercido entre os Núcleos de Apoio à Saúde da Família e as equipes de referência com base no Apoio Matricial. Pesquisa qualitativa desenvolvida em seis municípios da Bahia. Foram realizadas entrevistas com 43 profissionais dos núcleos de apoio e 40 das Equipes de Saúde da Família. Foi utilizada como matriz analítica o modelo da colaboração interprofissional, composto pelas dimensões: Compreensão; Internalização; Governança; e Formalização. Nas quatro dimensões, evidenciaram-se dificuldades para a colaboração interprofissional. O trabalho colaborativo e a metodologia do Apoio Matricial são incompreendidas por ambas as equipes. Demonstrou-se existir tensionamentos sobre a função do matriciamento, com polarização entre as atividades coletivas e individuais. As gestões municipais não dão a direcionalidade adequada à prática colaborativa. Condições estruturais, materiais e formativas constituem-se em limitadores do Apoio Matricial. O trabalho entre os núcleos de apoio e as equipes apoiadas demonstra-se fragmentado e com baixa coesão necessária à atividade colaborativa.

Função matriciadora dos Núcleos Ampliados de Saúde da Família: uma revisão integrativa da literatura

RESUMO Revisão integrativa da literatura que buscou identificar as concepções teórico-conceituais que sustentam a criação e o desenvolvimento dos Núcleos Ampliados de Saúde da Família e Atenção Básica (Nasf-AB) como dispositivo de apoio no âmbito desse nível assistencial, bem como analisar o processo de matriciamento de acordo com as características apresentadas pela literatura científica atual, a partir da análise de manuscritos publicados nas bases da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, PubMed e Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes), utilizando-se o termo ‘Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família’. Após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão, resultaram 33 trabalhos. Evidenciou-se predomínio de estudos qualitativos, os quais sinalizam características de atuação do Nasf-AB, organizadas em atividades técnico-pedagógicas com as equipes de Saúde da Família, e clínico-assistenciais, voltadas para o atendimento dos usuários e coletivos. As informações encontradas na literatura científica demonstram dificuldades e desafios relacionados com a operacionalização do trabalho do Nasf-AB.
