У статті визначено основні вимоги, які впливають на розвиток конструкцій зразків військової автомобільної техніки (ВАТ). Зокрема встановлено, що на підвищення швидкостей руху та мобільності колісної ВАТ при русі бездоріжжям загалом, впливають, як збільшення питомих потужностей двигунів, вибір оптимальних параметрів трансмісії, так і конструкції підвісок. Вібраційні та коливні навантаження на водія (екіпаж) зразків ВАТ під час руху бездоріжжям формують два визначальні аспекти застосування автомобілів. Перший аспект пов’язаний із штучним обмеженням водієм максимальної швидкості руху нижче технічної максимальної через граничну межу його дискомфорту, а другий - через відповідну втому і суттєве погіршення моторики водія (екіпажу) залежно від тривалості руху бездоріжжям. Визначено тенденцію розвитку конструкцій підвісок, яка полягає у переході від залежних підвісок з нерозрізною балкою осі і жорстким взаємозв’язком кінематики підвісок правого і лівого коліс до незалежних. Такий підхід дозволяє забезпечити підвищення комфортності в русі водія і екіпажу, а також підвищити середні швидкості руху та суттєво зменшити поперечні крени кузова. Проведено аналіз тенденцій впровадження активних і напівактивних підвісок на сучасних зразках колісної ВАТ, що дозволяє суттєво покращити комфортність екіпажу, збереженість вантажу та середні швидкості руху. За результатами досліджень встановлено необхідність переходу на довгоходові незалежні підвіски, для зменшення непідресорених мас та вібронавантаженості кузова і екіпажу.
Проведено аналіз сучасних умов бойового застосування бойових броньованих машин. Встановлено, що вони суттєво відрізняються від умов, для яких були створені існуючі типи бойових броньованих машин. Невідповідність існуючих типів полягає в недостатній пристосованості до високоманеврених автономних дій у складі розосереджених підрозділів (бойових груп), обмежених можливостях ураження об’єктів противника за межами прямої видимості. Запропоновано шлях створення перспективних типів бойових броньованих машин, який полягає не в нарощуванні тактико-технічних характеристик існуючих типів, а в максимальному використанні резервів системної побудови перспективних типів, розширенні можливостей створення типів бойових броньованих машин технологічно спрощеного виконання, що дозволяє досягати нових властивостей за рахунок перерозподілу бойових завдань. На відміну від існуючих, запропоновані типи бойових броньованих машин характеризуються іншим поєднанням бойових властивостей та зміненими способами бойового застосування, скороченим складом екіпажу, відсутністю десанту, модульністю побудови.
Національна академія сухопутних військ імені гетьмана Петра Сагайдачного, Львів ВПЛИВ РАДІАЛЬНОЇ ЗМІНИ РОЗМІРІВ КОЛІС НА КУРСОВУ СТІЙКІСТЬ АВТОМОБІЛЯОцінено граничні умови руху традиційних і модифікованих автомобілів, на яких застосовуватиметься радіальна зміна розмірів коліс, що дає можливість визначити значення параметрів руху, при досягненні яких виникає втрата поперечної стійкості, що призводить до їх перекидання. Отримані математичні моделі, що дозволяють визначати значення критичних швидкостей і радіусів поворотів для традиційних та модифікованих автомобілів. Математичні моделі отримані для дослідження поперечної стійкості щодо перекидання під час руху як по горизонтальних, так і по поверхнях, які мають ухил до центра повороту. Виконано комп'ютерне моделювання, результати якого показали переваги модифікованих автомобілів порівняно з традиційними.Ключові слова: автомобіль, стійкість, критична швидкість, критичний радіус повороту.
