Abstract:The approach to assessing the competence of university graduates and their readiness to solve professional problems has been considered. A distinctive feature of the approach is the use of the results of
The main criterion for increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions in the educational services market is the high level of training of graduates. In the context of the competency-based approach used to form a new model of graduates, their preparation for professional activity is important. To improve the efficiency of the educational process and the activities of the modern institution of higher education as a whole, to achieve quality goals and obtain results for stakeholders, it is rational to introduce quality management systems. When forming a model for assessing competencies, it is necessary to take into account that competencies are crosssubject in nature, require the use of a variety of assessment tools, methods and assessment scales. Requirements for the results of mastering the educational program are presented in the form of a set of competencies, distributed by type of professional activity for which graduates are preparing. Therefore, a competency assessment model using a generalized (integral) indicator is needed. The analysis of the results of competency formation for an individual student group revealed the most rational directions for future professional activity, timely adjustment of the learning process to increase the success of graduates in the labor market.
In the context of modern market economy, successful performance of enterprises should be ensured by high quality and competitive produce. The modern processing industry is becoming increasingly dependent on enzyme preparations used in food production. The paper deals with some optimal production conditions for cathepsin-supplemented canned pond fish used for increasing the efficiency of technological processes to reduce the duration of salting and ensure quality canned fish that meet consumer preferences. A full-factor experiment in salting cathepsin-supplemented pond fish determined the magnitude of quantitative effects on the pH value and salt content in the product.
An important condition for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises producing mechanical engineering products in the market is the need to constantly improve the quality and safety of manufactured products. Enterprises interact with suppliers of materials, raw materials, compo-nents. To achieve sustainable success, it is necessary to establish mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, which is one of the basic principles of quality management according to the ISO 9000 series. To manage the quality of manufactured products, enterprises in the engineering in-dustry organize work with suppliers within the framework of reclamation activities. The most global and important goal of reclamation activity is the timely restoration of the serviceability of mechanical engineering products, the identification of the root causes of the manifestation of in-consistencies (defects, failures, etc.). Research in this work was carried out using the methods of Total Quality Management (TQM), using a systematic and process approach. The application of the process approach to reclamation activities involves a detailed description of the process, the selection of the owner and the leader of the process, the preparation of documentation that defines the implementation of the activity, the inputs and outputs of the process, the resources used, the criteria for the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, including a brief description of the supplier's processes. When describing the parameters of the complaint management process, this approach provides for the planning of activities, the organization of the work itself, control over the implementation of each stage, as well as regulation if necessary. As a result of the practical use of the process approach in reclamation activities, a decrease in the supply of low-quality products is guaranteed, which leads to an increase in the satisfaction of the operating organiza-tions.
Improvement of production systems of the organization is carried out through the introduction of quality management systems, changes in the model of production organization, the use of modern approaches to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Measurement, evaluation and analysis of the production system allows to set the direction of activity to improve production processes and to develop activities aimed at ensuring the effectiveness of the whole system. The production system is an open system, it is connected and exchanged with the external environment information, resources, etc. the production system is Called the operating system, which consists of three subsystems: processing subsystem, directly related to the technological processes of raw materials and semi-finished products conversion into finished products; support subsystem, which performs auxiliary functions necessary for the implementation of the main technological processes; planning and control subsystems that receive and process information from the internal and external environment of the organization. The task of building an automated information system is connected with the need to integrate with the subsystem of data collection and analysis, visual representation of information for decision-making at all levels. Building an information management system of the production system is impossible without a powerful infrastructure, without a single information system support and process control. The proposed information system will help to automate the processes of management of the organization, quickly form the strategic and tactical goals of the organization. Within a given period of time, data will be collected and analyzed from the internal and external environment, timely analysis of deviations of the values of indicators from the planned values. The results of information processing will be timely visualized both for each employee and the production system of the organization as a whole.
The consumers’ preferences for various types of vegetable oils have been revealed: 70 % of the Russian population prefer sunflower oil. With the help of a sociological survey, it was found that respondents mostly prefer refined vegetable oil – 68 %. The analysis of the accuracy and stability of the technological process for the production and purification of vegetable oil was carried out. The numerical characteristics of the distribution law of the controlled parameters were estimated. The reasons of oil defects based on claims for the period of 2017-2020 were analyzed, and the analysis of the process stability was carried out. The Ishikawa diagram made it possible to establish the causes of arising problems in terms of the color index which are the applied sorbent and the conditions for oil clarification. It is recommended to use adsorbents in the form of nanomaterials in food industry when clarifying sunflower oil.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
