Abstrak — Pariwisata merupakan suatu aktivitas perjalanan yang dilakukan untuk sementara waktu dari tempat tinggal semula ke daerah tujuan dengan alasan bukan untuk menetap atau mencari nafkah melainkan hanya untuk bersenang senang, memenuhi rasa ingin tahu, maupun untuk menghabiskan waktu liburan dan pulang dengan membawa cinderamata. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para ibu rumah tangga di desa wisata Braja Harjosari dalam pembuatan cinderamata menggunakan bahan dasar resin melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi dan praktek langsung dalam pembuatan cinderamata berbahan dasar resin. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di ruang Majlis Taklim desa Wisata Braja Harjosari Lampung Timur dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan yaitu dari rata-rata nilai awal 35,5 menjadi 94,25 pada nilai akhir, sehingga rata-rata perbedaan kenaikan nilai adalah sebesar 58,75. Para pesertapun berkeingginan untuk membuat usaha pembuatan cinderamata untuk meningkatan perekonomian warga.Kata kunci — Cinderamata, desa wisata Braja Harjosari, gantungan kunci berbasis resin.

In non-flat flux (NFF) approach, the distribution of neutrons in each region will be different depending on the desired interpolation model selection. In this study, the linear interpolation using Finite Element Method (FEM) has been carried out to be treated the neutron distribution. The CP method is compatible to solve the neutron transport equation for cylindrical geometry, because the angle integration can be done analytically. Distribution of neutrons in each region of can be explained by the NFF approach with FEM and the calculation results are in a good agreement with the result from the SRAC code. In this study, the effects of the mesh on the eff k and other parameters are investigated.
Way Kambas National Park (WKNP) is home of five protected big mammals including sumatran elephants. It shares its border with 22 of 37 villages surrounding the national park. Understanding their existence in the wild is a priority, and wildlife genetics is a crucially needed. Besides poaching and habitat fragmentation, wildlife-human conflict is one big issue. Elephant Training Center (ETC) in WKNP is built for semi in-situ conservation effort on captive sumatran elephants that mainly have conflict histories with local people. Participative observation and bio-molecular analysis were conducted to learn the importance of captive Sumatran elephant for conservation effort. Through captive sumatran elephants, database and applicable methods are expected to be developed supporting the conservation of their population in the wild. Participative observation and molecular identification was carried on captive sumatran elephants in ETC, WKNP under multiple year Terapan grant of Ministry of Research and Technology Higher Education, Indonesia. Gene sequence and cytological analyses showed that the captive sumatran elephants are closely related and tend to be domesticated. Translocation among ETC to avoid inbreeding, and maintaining the captive sumatran elephant as natural as possible are highly recommended. Developing genetic database can be a reference for both captive and wild sumatran elephants.
Ethyl acetate extracts from kenikir leaves contain flavanoid, alkaloids and tannins compounds. This compound can be used as a corrosion inhibitor because it contains nitrogen and oxygen atoms with a pair of free electrons so that it allows adsorbed strongly on the surface of the iron and increases the activity of corrosion inhibition. The inhibitory activity was analyzed by wheel test method or measurement of weight loss in NaCl 1 % medium with variations in concentration, temperature and electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The inhibitory activity of kenikir leaf extract increases with increasing concentration of inhibitor. The optimum inhibition efficiency of was obtained at a concentration of 32 ppm with an inhibition efficiency of 86.84%. An increase in temperature from 25-55 ° C causes decreased inhibitory activity and achieves optimum inhibition efficiency at 25°C. Kenikir leaf extract has adsorption properties that correspond to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm with free energy of ΔGads of -14.98 KJ/mol. The results of the surface analysis by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) showed that the kenikir leaf extract could inhibit corrosion rates with iron surfaces that had fewer pores than without inhibitors.
The aims of this research is to determine the effect of variation concentration of HCl on chemical composition, phase formed, and particle size on pumice powder. Nanosilica is made using the solgel method with NaOH concentration 4 M, H2SO4 5 M and variation concentration of HCl 0,5; 0,75; 1; 1,25 dan 1,5 M. The XRF results showed the greatest chemical composition value in the silica pumice powder sample with a value of 77.80%. This value is higher after synthesis at the highest chemical composition value in the nanosilica sample 1,25 M HCl concentration of 87.05%. The XRD results show a diffractogram of pumice powder samples formed by anorthite and albite phases while in the nanosilica sample 1,25 M HCl concentrates are debated with the amorphous phase. The TEM results show particle size of nanosilic sample 1,25 M HCl concentration is 5 nm with average particle size (12.02 ± 3.23) nm.
Penelitian tentang perhitungan burn up pada reaktor HCLWR model geometri kotak tiga dimensi dengan bahan bakar thorium menggunakan kode Corebn telah dilakukan. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan simulasi komputasi menggunakan kode COREBN pada program System Reactor Atomic Code (SRAC). Parameter yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini meliputi pengayaan bahan bakar, periode, total power, dan konfigurasi. Hasil perhitungan memperoleh semakin besar persentase pengayaan pada U233, maka nilai keff akan semakin meningkat. Persentase yang optimal pada pengayaan bahan bakar U1 1% dan U3 4%. Semakin lama periode burnup (385 – 405 hari) dan besar total power (244-247 MWt), maka nilai keff akan menurun dan nilai CR meningkat. Perubahan konfigrasi memperoleh rapat daya maksimum 336,0367 Watt/cm3dan nilai rapat daya yang konstan pada kolom x baris y, dan z. Desain reaktor yang dapat menghasilkan nilai rasio konversi 1 dengan keff dapat membuat reaktor menyala hingga akhir yaitu ketika pengayaan bahan bakar U1 1% dan U3 3%, periode 150 hari dan fraksi volume 45,0% bahan bakar, 11,3% selongsong, 43,7% moderator.
