Training and socialization of disabled students would be more effective if you design and build an inclusive educational model Wednesday, which implements certain social, psychological and pedagogical conditions and reflect the very complex and the multilateral process. This article analyzes the practical experience of the Moscow State University of Humanities and for creating inclusive educational Wednesday for students with disabilities. In the same vein discusses leading characteristics, structural components and some problems of designing this Wednesday at the University.
The article investigates the problem of multiculturalism. The authors examine the discursive practices of multiculturalism in relation to the multinational, multicultural, and multiconfessional Russian society undergoing a long period of social transformation. The article analyzes the trends and processes in the space of intercultural and interethnic interaction in the world and in Russia. Historically formed modes of interaction, mutual recognition, and understanding of culturally national and culturally religious communities characterize the Russian multinational society. Particular attention is paid to the Islamic factor. The authors substantiate the necessity of taking into account the Islamic factor in the political life of the country based on achievement of inter-confessional and political consensus between the government and Muslim leaders, recognition of the autonomy of the Islamic rules not only in the spiritual realm, but also in the education of youth, family relations, public security and possibility of formulating own religious interests and claims. The article emphasizes the importance of preventing the imposition of a model of governing the state and society based on discrimination against citizens upholding secular and civic values. It is necessary to preserve the principle of separation of state and religion, which is very crucial for the preservation of Russia as a multiethnic democratic secular state.
The article deals with the problem of professional self-determination of persons with disabilities in the context of the transformational processes of the education system in Russia. The work consists of two semantic blocks. The first one provides a social analysis of the trial monitoring of accessibility and quality of inclusive higher education in Moscow, as well as in Belgorod, Lipetsk, Tambov and Tver regions. In addition, the educational needs of university applicants with disabilities in these regions are analyzed. The second part of the article reveals the main conceptual approaches to the organization of a system of professional and career guidance for students with disabilities in an inclusive university. The article also presents results of empirical psychological studies proving the importance of professional self-determination of students of the inclusive university as an integral goal of career guidance activities based on the coherent-synergetic approach developed by the authors.
The article covers the processes of social memory transformation in the Russian society. The authors determine its deformation in locus of relationship between the past and present. It is emphasized that the distinction between history and historical memory as an integral part of social memory reside in how to interpret the possibility of studying the past time. Deformations of social memory in locus of relationship between the past and present relate to the fact that memory is selective and often personified in nature, when evaluation of specific historical figures forms certain impressions, judgments, and opinions.The article shows paradoxical combination of the past and present, significance of the past events for orientation in the present. The authors argue that historical memory is a powerful, active phenomenon that has an impact on people's behavior equal to the influence exerted by estimate of their current economic situation, their insecurity and despondency in this transitional period. However, the "constructed historical past" in the modern Russian society remains unsteady. Controversies with regard to the historical past result from the absence of consistency in opinions on the desired future of the country. The article is the result of the analysis of sites of regional authorities, characterizing the activity of PR services. The research methodology includes the use of the method of document analysis, comparative analysis and logical interpretation of the results set out in the form of conclusions on the affected issue. The document is understood as the site of the authority, like the media; non-formalized document analysis is used as a kind of method. The document analysis was conducted in June 2015. In the analysis the following sites are used for the regional legislative power of the Orel region - http://oreloblsovet.ru/, for the executive - http://orel-region.ru/, for the judiciary - http: //oblsud.orl .sudrf.ru /. The results of the study are the results of the analysis of documents (sites) and the conclusions of the authors of the article about the possibility of using non-formal analysis to the evaluation of the government activity, about the effectiveness of the various branches of the Internet resource as the main mechanism for public relations.
