В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования, целью которого стало выявление особенностей внутренней позиции по отношению к будущей профессиональной деятельности студентов с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, обучающихся по программам высшего образования по направлению подготовки «Адаптивная физическая культура». В исследовании приняли участие 60 студентов, 30 из которых – это студенты-инвалиды и студенты с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, обучающиеся на 3-4 курсах ряда российских вузов. Исследование осуществлялось с помощью авторской анкеты, направленной на выявление факторов выбора профессий инструктора-методиста и тренера-преподавателя по адаптивной физической культуре, уровня готовности студентов к самостоятельной профессиональной деятельности и их представлений о возможности самореализации в выбранной профессии. Изучение структуры и особенностей профессиональной мотивации проводилось с помощью опросника Ш. Ричи и П. Мартин. В результате исследования выявлено отсутствие в сознании лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья представлений о возможности работать по специальности в будущем, сниженный уровень адекватности представлений об особенностях профессии, требованиях, предъявляемых к специалистам по адаптивной физической культуре, осознанности возможной траектории карьерного роста. В результате корреляционного анализа было выявлено, что чем выше общий уровень профессиональной мотивации (желание и готовность работать по профессии), тем больше выражены потребности в достижениях, в самосовершенствовании себя как личности, в доверительных отношениях с коллегами, в широких социальных контактах, и тем меньше выражены потребности в хороших условиях труда, в признании со стороны окружающих, в креативности и в высокой зарплате. На основании результатов исследования, делается вывод о необходимости организации в вузе системы сопровождения процесса становления у студентов с ограниченными возможностями здоровья внутренней позиции по отношению к будущей профессии. The article presents the results of an empirical study, the purpose of which was to identify the characteristics of the internal position in relation to the future professional activities of students with disabilities studying in higher education programs in the field of training «Adaptive physical education». 60 students took part in the study, 30 of whom were disabled students and students with disabilities studying in the 3rd and 4th years of a number of Russian universities. The study was carried out using the author's questionnaire aimed at identifying factors in choosing the professions of instructor-methodologist and trainer-teacher in adaptive physical education, the level of students' readiness for independent professional activity and their ideas about the possibility of self-realization in the chosen profession. The study of the structure and characteristics of professional motivation was carried out using a questionnaire by S. Ritchie and P. Martin. The study revealed a lack of ideas in the minds of people with disabilities about the possibility of working in their specialty in the future, a reduced level of adequacy of ideas about the characteristics of the profession, the requirements for specialists in adaptive physical education, and awareness of a possible career path. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was revealed that the higher the general level of professional motivation (desire and readiness to work in the profession), the more expressed are the needs for achievements, for self-improvement as an individual, for trusting relationships with colleagues, for broad social contacts, and the less the needs for good working conditions, recognition from others, creativity and high salaries are expressed. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion is made about the need to organize a system at the university to support the process of developing an internal position in relation to the future profession among students with disabilities.

The Educational Environment as a Factor in the Professional Guidance of Disabled University Students

The paper examines how the educational environment affects the career path and challenges faced by students with disabilities in university. It also provides practical recommendations for improving inclusive education. Professional selfdetermination of disabled young people is currently difficult to resolve. In modern Russia, citizens with disabilities remain a special category that is not sufficiently included in social processes, despite various attempts by the state agencies to resolve the current situation. In today’s world, higher education institutions have implemented various strategies to support students in discovering their career goals and acquiring vital skills and knowledge. These efforts aim to enhance their competitiveness in the job market, unleash their potential, enable self-realization, and facilitate integration into different social settings. However, many practices are ineffective. As a part of the sociological study, a mass survey of disabled students in Moscow’s higher educational institutions was conducted. Additionally, specialists in higher education who have authored scientific works on the education of students with special educational needs at the university were interviewed by the research team.
