Цель статьи -изучить вопросы использования информационных технологий и проверить их эффективность в организации самостоятельной работы студентов технического вуза на примере разработанных электронных курсов по естественно-научным дисциплинам. В условиях пандемии коронавируса (и не только) современный уровень развития информационных технологий позволяет значительно облегчить самостоятельное освоение студентами нового материала. В этом могут помочь и огромное количество учебно-методической и научной информации в сети Интернет, и возможность проведения интерактивных занятий и консультаций в режиме онлайн. С целью интеграции указанных ресурсов в один образовательный контент преподавателями разрабатываются электронные курсы с различным наполнением. В статье представлена модель организации самостоятельной работы студентов, состоящая из трех компонентов: организационно-информационного, учебного, рефлексивного. Была оценена эффективность реализации модели организации самостоятельной работы в электронном виде по таким дисциплинам, как: «Математика», «Физика», «Информатика», «Химия». Исследования проводились на базе Хакасского технического института. В ходе исследования установлено, что использование информационных технологий позволяет преподавателю собрать воедино и сделать более доступными необходимые для самостоятельной работы студентов теоретические материалы и практические задания. Студентами высоко оценено качество представленного на электронных курсах обучающего и проверочного материала.
