The SME competition in the globalization era demands business innovation for the competitiveness needed through productive SMEs. The quality of human resources is one of the determining factors of the productivity of SMEs. This study tries to analyze and describe training to improve the productivity of Semarang City SMEs. The research method uses quantitative methods. The study population is a research sample technique using simple random sampling.The number of samples is determined by the Slovin formula, which obtained a valid sample in providing a response that is 171 samples of small and medium assistance that has been obtained entrepreneurship training in the city of Semarang. Pengelolaan keuangan keluarga yang buruk banyak ditemui pada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Semarang. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dengan kegiatannya yang bernama Pertemuan Peningkatan Kemampuan Keluarga (P2K2) memiliki tujuan hasil belajar berupa perubahan perilaku, salah satunya mengenai pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Dalam kegiatan P2K2 terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran pendamping dan motivasi belajar terhadap perubahan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunnakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penggunaan tenik probability samping dengan jumblah samel 125 keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) data hasil koisioner diolah dengan uji regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara peran pendamping dan motivasi belajar terhadap perubahan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Semarang.
The study used a qualitative approach with the aim of exposing the dialogical learning management instill character values in the students. Sources of information obtained from the teacher/chaperone and manager of the Alternative School "Qoryah Thayyibah" in Salatiga with through interviews, observation and questionnaires and then analyzed thematically. The results showed that: (1) planning is done together with students, while the teacher/chaperone role as facilitators in achieving competence, (2) implementation of dialogical learning in instilling the values of religiosity, self-reliance, honesty, respect, responsibility, discipline and collaboration in learning is done through (a) the degree of integration work, (b) the casting idea or notion of learners in discussion and group work. Meanwhile, to build tolerance, social care carried out by involving learners in a variety of social activities, e.g. a party, celebration or died neighbor directly involved without seeing strata, social status and confidence. Then to reward achievement, hard work, creativity and independence of learners performed either by writing the work, document and even published works in collaboration with the publisher. Based on the recommended plan and implement problem-based learning, the determination of the focus remains the primary concern should be the teacher/chaperone so the learning quality is maintained and the rights of parents as the first and foremost educators are not neglected.
The purpose of this study is to know the meaning of music art and its elements and to provide solutions to evaluation problems that are still often found in schools, especially in the learning of music art. The evaluation results show that the standard loading value has a valid value. The value of contract reliability shows that the value of each construct of the musical artwork instrument model is reliable. The construct of the artwork assessment instrument model has a goodness of fit value that is feasible to use. Thus the music artworkassessment instrument model is influential or effective to be used. The application of music artwork assessment instruments is at a very high category and instruments for assessing the work process of music art are at a high category.
