The learning media is one of facilities in order to achieve the purpose of physics subject. The aim of this study is to develop online learning media web-based which known as MOOC (Masive Open Online Coursuse). This Physics MOOC consists of students and teacher page (admin), on the students page consists of three main menu; module, quiz and score, while the teacher page consists of 5 main menu; class, students data, module, quiz and students score. Physics MOOC provides online learning that can be accessed whenever and wherever, using either android or PC so that it facilitates students and teacher do learning process without face to face. The result of this study is determined by the implementation of physics online learning web-based without face to face between teacher and students.
The backgrounds of this study are (1) the Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) of children with mild Intellectual Disability (ID) experience barriers caused by mental disorders, (2) the limitations of teachers in developing play activities models to improve FMS of children with ID, (3) facilities and equipment in schools using for standard normal child. This study aims to produce a learning model to improve FMS for children with mild ID. The learning model is packaged in game activities, and takes one of the themes in the 2013 curriculum. This learning model is named activities in the morning. The research method used is research and development (R&D) proposed by Borg and Gall. The R&D procedure basically consists of two main objectives, namely: (1) developing products and; (2) testing the effectiveness of the product to achieve the goal. The subject of small group trial used 10 students (6 boys, 4 girls 8-10 years old) and 4 teachers, and the large group trial used 23 students (13 boys and 10 girls 8-10 years old) and 4 teachers in the 3 SLB in Palembang city. The results of the effectiveness test of the different learning model activities in the morning in small and large group trials for aspects of movement skills, cognitive skill and fun are analyzed, and focus of attention in trials small and large group obtained an average value of trial 2 greater than trial 1. Also, the calculated z-test is greater than the z-table value, so the difference is significant.
Exstrophy of the urinary bladder is a rare congenital anomaly which if untreated causes bladder carcinoma and intestinal tumours noted if urinary diversion is performed. It is seen that 50% of all persons afflicted with exstrophy are dead by their tenth year and 66-67% are dead by their twentieth year. It is thus a great rarity to see a case of ectopia vesicae in adulthood. Still more uncommon is to see a case of exstrophy complicated by carcinoma. Here, we report a case of papillary adenocarcinoma of ectopic urinary bladder in a 42-year-old male patient. In view of locally advanced disease, patient was given neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The case is being reported on account of its rarity to sensitise clinicians about rising incidence of carcinoma if mismanaged due to lack of protocol in oncological screening.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
