This study aims to determine the model design of influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) in Gorontalo Province. This research believes that the quality of service remains the biggest problem demanding a pattern of services to increase customer satisfaction hindering the government-owned hospital to compete with other private hospitals. This study uses AHP analysis to formulate the interest weights of various factors as the basis for the formulation of the design model, and SWOT analysis to formulate strategies by considering the importance of those factors grouped into strength (S), weakness (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T). While, the results of AHP analysis were used as the basis for each factor weighting. This study findings conclude that model design of the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) in Gorontalo Province indicating higher weight, sequentially, on assurance, tangibility, empathy, reliability, and responsiveness. Those all, undoubtedly, are essential aspects to cover as the hospitals deliberately attempt to gain patient's satisfaction. The SWOT analysis highlights that, in addition to its affordable costs and cleanliness, the hospitals were excellent as the doctors and nurses were outwardly appealing, quick-responding, kind-hearted, and communicative. The hospital weakness lies on its lack of cutlery’s cleanliness standards, unkempt inpatient rooms, nurse-doctor's sluggish coordination, ignorance, specialist unavailability, and doctors’ and nurses' incompetence. Externally, the hospital could highly grasp ample opportunities. The hospitals are referral hospitals for small communities. Their good reputation leads the public to put their trust as the population remains exponentially growing. In addition to pharmacy, the hospitals are formally accredited allowing their quality service enhancement. However, the hospitals should consider other private hospitals, customer dissatisfaction, and science and technology development as threats to their sustainable excellent service.
Consumer purchasing decisions are one of the classic problems that require further study by a marketer or company because they are motivated by consumer behavior that is always changing every time. Green marketing is one of the marketing concepts that aims to implement the company's marketing strategy in the environmental context, specifically in this study the products of the body shop Gorontalo. This study aims to answer whether green marketing has a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The instruments used are green marketing tools namely environmentally friendly products, premium prices, environmentally friendly promotions, and environmentally friendly distribution. There were 76 respondents involved in this study. The analytical method used is simple regression. The results showed that green marketing had a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Gorontalo body shop (t count> t table), and 46.2% of consumer purchasing decisions at the Gorontalo body shop could be explained by the inherent green marketing factors on the body shop products.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Wanita Berhijab Di Kota Gorontalo baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penilitian ini dilaksanakan pada konsumen yang pernah menggunakan produk Wardah di kota Gorontalo dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada responden yang telah memenuhi standar sampel yang telah ditentukan sehingga data dalam penilitian ini merupakan data primer. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Kemudin analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda (karena lebih dari 1 variabel bebas). Analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Hasil Penilitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel bebas (Kualitas Produk Dan Citra Merek) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terkait (Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Wanita Berhijab Di Kota Gorontalo). Kemudian nilai R square adalah sebesar 0,594%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 48,5% variabilitas Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah Pada Wanita Berhijab Di Kota Gorontalo dapat dijelaskan oleh Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penilitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengambarkan inovasi produk berpengaruh parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian DKI Martabak Mini, untuk (2) menggambarkan harga berpengaruh parsial terhadap proses keputusan pembelian DKI Martabak Mini, untuk (3) menggambarkan inovasi produk dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian DKI Martabak Mini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 konsumen yang secara tidak sengaja bertemu dengan peneliti dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada responden yang telah memenuhi kriteria sampel yang telah ditentukan sehingga data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (1) Inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian DKI Martabak Mini Kota Gorontalo, (2) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian DKI Martabak Mini Kota Gorontalo, (3) Inovasi produk dan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian DKI Martabak Mini Kota Gorontalo. Kemudian nilai R square adalah sebesar 0,534. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 53,4% variable Keputusan Pembelian DKI Martabak Mini Kota Gorontalo dapat dijelaskan oleh Inovasi produk dan Harga, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membina dan memberdayakan kelompok masyarakat perempuan dalam hal bagaimana mengelolah limbah sampah rumah tangga menjadi kerajinan yang memiliki nilai tambah sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga, melalui pelatihan keterampilan mengenai pengelolahan limbah sampah rumah tangga melalui pemanfaatan teknologi-teknologi tepat guna, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pada umumnya. Adapun indikator capaian produk program pengabdian yang dituju adalah sebagai berikut bagaimana mengelolah limbah sampah rumah tangga dengan mengunakan teknologi yang tepat guna sehingga menghasilkan produk kerajinan yang berkualitas,serta adanya peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dan peningkatan swadana dan swadaya masyarakat sehingga dapat menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri secara ekonomi.
This study aims to describe totaluo and describe the feasibility status of nike (Awaous melanocephalus) fishing businesses using totaluo. This research was conducted in Gorontalo City in December 2018-February 2019. The analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis, cost analysis and R / C Ratio analysis. The results showed that Totaluo is shaped like two triangles which are joined together at one end and are equipped with nails. If observed, totaluo is similar to other types of fishing gear included in the Scoop net category. R / C Ratio analysis got a value of 2.68 so that the nike fishing business (Awaous melanocephalus) using totaluo could be declared feasible to be carried out / continued because the R / C Ratio value 0
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF IPTEK (SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY) OF PRODUCT STANDARDIZATION, MARKETING, AND DISTRIBUTION OF KARAWO FABRIC EMBROIDERY CRAFTS AT GROUP OF MICRO, SMALL, AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES OF GORONTALO DISTRICT. Community service through a development program of Karawo embroidery as the regional competitive product was conducted in Religious Tourism Village of Bongo in Gorontalo District. The program was focused on a gradual and measurable concrete effort in improving Community Economic Empowerment. Specific targets that should be achieved through the program were product standardization, marketing, and distribution. In implementing the program, it is necessary to have a method which is able to achieve the targeted results. Thus, the applied approach method was unique and different which encompassed: 1) determination of the solved problem priority scale, 2) doing reconstruction and improvement gradually, 3) improvement based on local community character approach, 4) implementation of science and technology. Based on the study of the implementation of science and technology, the result showed that: 1) the implementation of science and technology of Karawo product standardization could give a limit of product quality based on market need, price, and product users. 2) The implementation of science and technology of marketing through the use of social media could improve market demand for the varied product of Karawo in local and national level. 3) The implementation of science and technology of distribution of varied product to consumers performed through online media and transportation could distribute varied product to the consumers. Overall, it was concluded that the implementation of science and technology by university/ college had given real contribution to the effort of improvement of empowerment and welfare of the community.
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PPDM FIRST YEAR FOR PEOPLE OF COAST OF LAKE LIMBOTO THROUGH ENFORCEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE AND SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (IPTEK) OF MANAGEMENT OF WATER HYACINTH USE AS EXCELLENT PRODUCT. Iluta Village is situated in coastal of Limboto Lake and frequently encounters flood problem in the rainy season and also serious problem namely siltation of Limboto Lake as caused by the massive growth of water hyacinth. There were three main problems handled by this program at the first year, namely: 1) effort of reducing siltation of Limboto Lake sustainably through removal and use of the water hyacinth as craft material, 2) empowerment of community economic through capacity building of business management of varied water hyacinth woven crafts, and 3) capacity building of human resource of local community as target group. The applied method encompassed: 1) determining problems priority to be solved and divided them into three-year activity, 2) doing reconstruction and improvement based on the problems gradually for every year, 3) improvement was performed based on local community character approach. The findings showed: 1) use of water hyacinth as handicrafts product could help reducing Lake Siltation, 2) management ability in business management started to grow, and 3) improvement of human resource ability for the coastal community as the target group.
