Abstract-This article aims to describe essenciality of management of facilities and infrastructure toward a number of student of early childhood education (ECE). This article examine one of the oldest Al-Quran ECE in Padang City, Amal Saleh ECE. This article is a qualitative research based on observation for two years. To validate of data, researchers have done triangulation. The result showed that facilities and infrastructure is very important to attract the public interest. So the condition of facilities and infrastructure influence toward a number of student each year. When the condition of educational facilities and institutions of ECE is poor and uncomplete, so it will be effect toward a number of school student. So, the government and the aothorities should be participated to help to improve the facilities and infrastructures of ECE. It influence to the large number of students in ECE.
Efektivitas manajemen mutu merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus, karena mutu sekolah yang baik dapat diperoleh apabila manajemen mutu tersebut berjalan secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap efektivitas manajemen mutu SMA swasta se-kota Bandung.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahsurvey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis deskriptif. Sampel penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 30sekolah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru dan efektivitas manajemen mutuSMA swasta se-kota Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Selain itu, pengaruh kinerja kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas manajemen mutu pada kategori rendah, pengaruh disiplin kerja guru terhadap efektivitas manajemen mutu pada kategori sedang dan pengaruh kinerja kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap efektivitas manajemen mutu pada kategori tinggi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ada beberapa rekomendasi yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keefektifan manajemen mutu, diantaranya untuk terus melakukan perbaikan secara terus menerus dan melakukan dengan mengoptimalkan pendekatan total quality management (TQM). Solok is one of the areas in the Province of West Sumatra, Indonesia which is in a very strategic location, located at the intersection of roads between provinces and between districts/cities in West Sumatra. However, the results of the Solok City teacher competency test in 2020 are still low. Coupled with the existence of an independent learning policy that makes teachers and policy makers nervous. This is because many teachers do not understand how to prepare RPP (learning implementation plans) based on independent learning policies and their teaching materials. And for this region there has been no training for teachers on the preparation of lesson plans and teaching materials based on the independent learning policy.The solution to overcome this problem is to conduct training and direct guidance on the preparation of lesson plans and teaching materials based on independent learning policies for teachers. The technical guidance carried out involves education and learning experts. First, will be the transfer of knowledge about the policy of independent learning to teachers. Furthermore, the teachers will be guided and assisted to make plans for implementing learning and teaching materials based on independent learning. In this technical guidance, teachers will also be guided to be able to integrate technology in content creation, find teaching materials online, get interactive learning media used for learning implementation plans as guidelines in carrying out learning. lesson plans and semester learning plans.
Resilience by disaster need to be grown in individual’s self in order that does not become problem in the development of individual to become a better person. Many factors affect resilience, including gender, cultural background and attachment of parents. This study aims to test the relevancy of resilience with several factors. This research uses quantitative approach with comparative descriptive method. The population is 912 students with a sample amounts 278 students with using Proportional Random Sampling. The instrument used is Likert scale model. Data were analyzed by three way ANOVA technique. The results showed that gender and attachment of parents affect individual’s resilience while culture significantly has no relevance resilience. The implications of this research will be discussed.
This article discusses about the management of student character building program in senior high school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Informants in this study include principals, vice-principals, teachers and students. The Methods of data collection are through interview, observation and documentation study. The data analysis is done through reduction data, presentation data and verification data. The validity test of the data is using triangulation technique. The findings of this study indicate: (1) The Planning of the students character building program in senior high school can be said is good. Seen that the school plans a character development program based on the visions and missions. (2) The Organizing the students character building program in senior high school are categorized quite good, (3) The Implementation of the students building is done by learning and extracurricular activities. (4) The controlling of the students character building is done by the school using directly and indirectly.
