This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Transformational leadership style, motivation and compensation on performance of employees at PT. Hanken Indonesia Cibitung. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. Hanken Indonesia Cibitung with a population 125 people. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling with total samples is 95 people. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS. The results showed transformational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has no significant on employee performance. Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables. This study aimed to determine empirically learning organization have affect to competence, competence have significant affects to performance, learning organization through competence have significant affect to performance. The method used in sampling was simple random sampling, a total of 200 employee at Bank “XXX” in Jakarta The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using by LISREL versi 8.8 are need to test the hypothesis. The results showed, learning organization give effect competence, competence give effect performance, learning organization through competence give effect performance which means that the research hypothesis tested. This research aims to know the influence of leadership styles, work motivation and discipline onperformance of employees at Mandiri Bank Branch Jakarta Kota. As for the methods used in thisstudy using the method of quantitative research. And the samples used in this study as many as 40employees. This research uses the sampling method is saturated, whereas the methods of analysisused was multiple linear regression analysis. This study aimed to determine empirically whether the retail-mix in small-retail businesses, that includes physical facilities, merchandising, pricing, promotion, services, and organization / personnel has an effect on the performance of small retail businesses and their competitive advantage. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling, in which a total of 280 respondents were drawn among small-retail businesses in Tangerang. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL version 8.8 to test the hypotheses. The results show that, retail-mix strategy, that includes physical facilities or location, merchandising, services, and organization / personnel has an effect on the performance of retailers. Meanwhile, pricing and promotion have no effect on the performance of retailers. Furthermore, the retail-business performance has an effect on the competitive advantage. These results need the attention of small-retail businesses to keep improving the combination of retail-mix strategy, either already has an effect or not on the business performance, because good performance can affect their competitive advantage in this sector.
This study aimed to determine the influence of overconfidence, herding effect, and self-monitoring on investment decision making during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research sample consist of 255 individuals who have already earned the income and experienced the Covid-19 pandemic located in Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study is the non-probability sampling, specifically the purposive sampling technique, used to distribute the questionnaires through online system. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of overconfidence, herding effect, and self-monitoring on investment decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.
The Community Service (PKM) activity aims to introduce environmentally friendly marketing to retail products found at Pondok Labu Market, South Jakarta. The partner that was chosen for this activity is the owner of the retail shop named ‘Bunda’, which sells fashion products. The owner has been in the business for a long time but does not have knowledge of environmentally friendly marketing strategies in modern traditional markets. Nowadays, the society is smarter and more considerate towards the environment, the high awareness about various environmental problems has led to a shift in consumer behavior, whereby consumer pose a different attitude towards green lifestyles .The methods offered in this activity include training in the form of socializing the importance of environmentally friendly marketing in operating a retail business. The activity also provides assistance to retail stores in environmentally friendly marketing activities to become a role model for other retail stores. The socialization was carried out online, among others, providing knowledge related to marketing strategies to be able to compete. Socialization related to government regulations regarding environmentally friendly packaging and social responsibility as a business actor. Assisting the business owner through the introduction of environmentally conscious packaging has also been done by discussing packaging materials, shapes and colors. Delivery of packaging via JNE (local courier service) to partners. The results show there has been an increase in partners' knowledge about environmentally friendly marketing. Partners have replaced plastic shopping bags with eco-friendly shopping bags, so the products sold have higher selling value than competitors.ABSTRAK:Kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) bertujuan untuk pengenalan pemasaran ramah lingkungan pada produk ritel yang terdapat di Pasar Pondok Labu Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melihat permasalahan yang terdapat di toko ritel. Mitra yang dipilih pada kegiatan ini adalah pemilik toko ritel Bunda yang menjual produk fashion yang sudah lama melakukan usaha namun belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran yang ramah lingkungan pada pasar tradisional yang sudah modern. Masyarakat semakin pintar dan peduli akan lingkungan, tingginya kesadaran tentang berbagai masalah lingkungan telah menyebabkan pergeseran tingkah laku konsumen, perubahan sikap konsumen terhadap gaya hidup hijau. Metode yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan dalam bentuk sosialisasi akan pentingnya pemasaran ramah lingkungan dalam menjalankan usaha ritel. Selain itu melakukan pendampingan pada toko ritel dalam kegiatan pemasaran ramah lingkungan untuk menjadi percontohan pada toko ritel lainnya. Sosialisasi pemasaran gerakan ramah lingkungan telah dilakukan secara daring antara lain memberikan pengetahuan terkait strategi pemasaran untuk mampu bersaing. Sosialisasi terkait peraturan pemerintah mengenai kemasan yang ramah lingkungan dan juga tanggung jawab social sebagai pelaku bisnis. Pendampingan kemasan yang berorientasi ramah lingkungan telah dilakukan dengan mendiskusikan bahan, bentuk,dan warna kemasan. Pengiriman kemasan melalui JNE kepada mitra . Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tejadinya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra tentang pemasaran ramah lingkungan, selain itu mitra telah mengganti kantong plastik belanja dengan kantong tas belanja yang lebih ramah terhadap lingkungan, sehingga produk yang dijual memiliki nilai jual lebih dibandingkan pesaing
To overcome the level of job stress employees need to consider several factors including work environment, workload and work conflict. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and work conflict simultaneously or partially to the employee work stress of PT. Inti Manunggal Sejahtera Abadi. The research sample are 44 production employees’. The multiple linear regression, t test and F test are used as the analysis techniques. The results showed that work environment, workload and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee’s job stress. While t test results indicate that workload and work conflict partially affect the employee's work stress, while the work environment has no effect.
The value of the company becomes an important thing related to the acquisition of funds through investment. Investors make the value of the company as an important consideration for investing. Companies must try to increase the value of their company to attract investors. The purpose of the research is to empirically examine the effect of company size, capital structure, and growth on firm value. The population used in this study is the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016. By using purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used to test hypotheses is multiple linear regression models and tested using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of firm size on firm value, there is no significant effect of capital structure on firm value, and there is a significant effect of growth on firm value. Simultaneous testing shows that there are significant effects of variable firm size, profitability, and capital structure on firm value.
