This article examines the effects of DP, HI, and HDI on LF and EG in Romania for the period 2013-2019. By using path analysis, we need to divide into two models (direct effect and indirect effect. With a time series database, calculations can be presented through the data obtained in the annual report. The article documents six important findings, including the variables DP, HI, and HDI supports EG significantly. Moreover, HDI and LF also play an important role in EG significantly, but HDI is the single most striking variable from the hypothesis test, it is proven that the effect also has a significant effect on EG through LF. This evidence offers insights to stakeholders that there needs to be an emphasis from DP and HI so that they can play a real role for the success of the population's welfare.
The 2019–2020 coronavirus pandemic, also known as Covid-19, debuted on December 12, 2019 in downtown Wuhan, China, when a group of people with pneumonia of unknown cause appeared, was mainly linked by the owners of stalls working on the Huanan fish market, who also sold live animals. The virus presents evidence of person-to-person transmission, and the transmission rate (infection rate) appears to have escalated by mid-January. As measures to prevent the spread of the virus, Romania has adapted a strategy to prevent and control this situation, such as: cancellation or closure of air flights, cancellation of residential meetings, closure of large stores, mandatory self – quarantine of infected persons. Thus, institutions and factories were closed, with the exception of the vital institutions, the closure of churches, educational institutions, universities, sports halls. Awareness campaigns have been launched through the media and social media, the use of disinfectant materials to clean the hands, the use of protective masks and medical gloves, the sanitizing of neighborhoods and roads with cleaning materials. The objective of the study was to determine the effects of the new Coronavirus (COVID19) on the population, both in perception and in attitude. The sample consists of 244 persons and the data obtained after the application of the questionnaire were statistically processed, obtaining the following conclusions: most of the respondents consider that the information received about Covid-19 is correct, a smaller percentage believe that the news about the new Coronavirus are exaggerated; At the same time, the respondents affirm that they will respect all the measures that the Government imposes on them: they will stay at home, they will go out only to buy the necessary products, they will wear masks, gloves, they will wash their hands often. Twitter has become a very powerful channel of political communication in recent years, many times overtaking, along with Facebook, traditional channels of mass communication, such as: TV, radio or newspapers. More then 500 million tweets are sent every day (5,787 tweets every second), and 326 million people use Twitter every month, even if there are 1.3 billion Twitter accounts. From the perspective of political communication, Twitter is ahead of Facebook, according to a study conducted in 2018 by Twiplomacy, which shows that 187 governments and heads of state maintain an official presence on Twitter. This mechanism of mass communication has benefited the politicians, especially those in the United States of America, who have generated a unique phenomenon in political communication: creating a map on polarization in the online environment.. This study focused on analyzing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that facilitate Twitter Communication of Donald Trump, the President of United States of America (number of followers, types of tweets, engagement rate and interaction rate etc.) and analyzing Donald Trump's Twitter speech and identify the most commonly used expressions in Social Media during the term of President. The Brexit referendum was among the first major public events where online users had no "slacktivism" reactions and they led the entire debate and popular will from the inside of the online world to the real world. It is becoming increasingly clear that Social Media is becoming an increasingly powerful tool in political debates, and during the parliamentary, presidential, European parliamentary or even referendum elections, it becomes the channel that can decide the final outcome. However, the debate in the online environment can be altered by two important factors: (1) political bots - which can manipulate public opinion by posting in a large number of fake news and (2) "slacktivism" reactions from online users. , who are content only to quickly distribute unverified information or to push impulse driven on the "like" button and to scroll further. This study focused on analyzing the frequency with which European institutions spoke about Brexit on their Facebook pages and on identifying and analyzing the messages that generate high engagement from users. Thus, we will analyze all the posts published by the three major European institutions - the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union - starting on the first day after the Brexit Referendum in the UK (24 June 2016) until 24 June 2019.
In its role as a tool that facilitates participation, Facebook acts as a channel of political communication with different mechanisms than traditional media. At the same time, Facebook offers new means of receiving the audience, characterized by a targeting of the very good target audience. The Facebook page of a political party facilitates interaction and political participation, making possible a two-way communication model and facilitating increased political participation of public opinion. The platform is not mediated and has no boundaries as traditional media has, which means that parties have direct access to more people than ever. Moreover, it is also noted that, on Facebook, the political message does not go through the editorial policy filters as it happens in traditional media and is used as a powerful interaction tool with the target audience or even with a public not ever considered by the political communication strategies.

Constituting the oldest of man-made institutions throughout its social-historical existence, the family is a form of human communication whose relationships between its members, of natural-biological, spiritual-affective and moral-legal essence, allow the continuity of the species and the evolution of society. Various studies and research have shown that the development of the child's personality can be achieved only within the family matrix, both educational models and the emotional and instrumental qualities of the family environment create strong premises for the harmonious evolution of the child, to which parents have a fundamental responsibility. The physiology of the child can be deeply marked by the way in which the parents respond to his needs for food, protection, affection and care, just as the development of his skills and attitudes can only be done in the presence of both parents. If one of them is absent from the home or there are conflicts between the parents, the child will develop contradictory tendencies and norms that will prevent his proper evolution.
