Every organization, regardless of region, country or sector, has a culture of its own. The organizational culture of a public institution, as opposed to the organizational culture of a private organization, is developing within a broader spiritual matrix. The objective of the case study was to identify the type of the organizational culture within two Romanian institutions, i.e. a public (Calarasi City Hall) and a private (ACTIVE TRADING SRL) one, for a comparative perspective on their organizational culture. Regarding the research method, a questionnaire of 10 questions was applied and the answers were subject to a statistical analysis.
The 2019–2020 coronavirus pandemic, also known as Covid-19, debuted on December 12, 2019 in downtown Wuhan, China, when a group of people with pneumonia of unknown cause appeared, was mainly linked by the owners of stalls working on the Huanan fish market, who also sold live animals. The virus presents evidence of person-to-person transmission, and the transmission rate (infection rate) appears to have escalated by mid-January. As measures to prevent the spread of the virus, Romania has adapted a strategy to prevent and control this situation, such as: cancellation or closure of air flights, cancellation of residential meetings, closure of large stores, mandatory self – quarantine of infected persons. Thus, institutions and factories were closed, with the exception of the vital institutions, the closure of churches, educational institutions, universities, sports halls. Awareness campaigns have been launched through the media and social media, the use of disinfectant materials to clean the hands, the use of protective masks and medical gloves, the sanitizing of neighborhoods and roads with cleaning materials. The objective of the study was to determine the effects of the new Coronavirus (COVID19) on the population, both in perception and in attitude. The sample consists of 244 persons and the data obtained after the application of the questionnaire were statistically processed, obtaining the following conclusions: most of the respondents consider that the information received about Covid-19 is correct, a smaller percentage believe that the news about the new Coronavirus are exaggerated; At the same time, the respondents affirm that they will respect all the measures that the Government imposes on them: they will stay at home, they will go out only to buy the necessary products, they will wear masks, gloves, they will wash their hands often. Moreover, most respondents believe that both the country's economy and their personal economy will have to suffer greatly during this period of crisis.
Lesions commonly associated with HIV infection include oral candidiasis, herpes simplex infection, oral Kaposi’s sarcoma, hairy leukoplakia, periodontal diseases (linear gingival erythema and necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis), xerostomia, human papillomavirus-associated warts, aphthous ulcers, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, histoplasmosis, carcinoma, exfoliative cheilitis, and HIV salivary gland disease. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is the most common cancer in people living with HIV (PLWH), and the incidence is increased for aggressive B-cell NHL. Plasmablastic lymphoma (PbL) is a rare and aggressive B-cell malignancy that is often unresponsive to chemotherapy and usually has a poor prognosis. We hereby present the case of a patient with a recent history of COVID-19 infection who was diagnosed with HIV and NHL, with manifestations in the oral cavity and a favorable evolution after the introduction of antiviral therapy, specific chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. Dental expertise is necessary for the appropriate management of oral manifestations of HIV infection or AIDS, and lymphoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of any oral lesions.
Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) have revolutionized the communication strategies of public institutions in recent years, and communication strategies have understood the different principles on which these new media have been built, compared to traditional means of communication. Beyond the huge openness of these social environments, Social Meda is encouraging users to participate in the in the government process and created a new mechanism through which institution becomes a person, and institutional communication becomes interpersonal communication. This was speculated by many candidates who have won such a high online reputation that their voice can be stronger than the voice of an institution. This study focused on analyzing the Social Media communication strategy of Donald Trump, from 1 July 2018 to 1 July 2019. Thus, we have analyzed the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that facilitate Social Media communication, we have identified and analyzed the messages that generate high engagement from users as well as the dominant reactions generated by the online audience.
Over the years, the gypsies have been the subject of various discussions, being cataloged as "dirty gypsies, thieves, lazy and who do not want to learn" and especially those responsible for the negative image of Romania abroad, in other words they were "the apple of discord" in the Romanian society. The "valves" were also opened after the incidents in France 2010 that generated new discussions on the problems due to the Roma, the optimal solution in solving these problems being the integration of the Roma in the society. However, the vast majority of Romanians are reluctant to integrate the gypsies into society, especially on the labor market, and this is due to the public image, most often negative, which gypsies "enjoy". We chose this theme, in the idea of supporting the integration of the Roma in the labor market, considering this step an advantage in favor of the economy of the country, since the limited access of Roma people to the labor market causes Romania to lose at least 887 million euros annually, according to a report by the World Bank. Also, we consider it is necessary to integrate them in the labor market and due to the fact that the taxes and social contributions that they pay are far below the majority population, with notable effects on the Gross Domestic Product. A final argument that contributed to the choice of this theme is that the integration of the members of this population in the labor market could be a positive proof for the efficiency of the policies and projects implemented over time in their favor.
Constituting the oldest of man-made institutions throughout its social-historical existence, the family is a form of human communication whose relationships between its members, of natural-biological, spiritual-affective and moral-legal essence, allow the continuity of the species and the evolution of society. Various studies and research have shown that the development of the child's personality can be achieved only within the family matrix, both educational models and the emotional and instrumental qualities of the family environment create strong premises for the harmonious evolution of the child, to which parents have a fundamental responsibility. The physiology of the child can be deeply marked by the way in which the parents respond to his needs for food, protection, affection and care, just as the development of his skills and attitudes can only be done in the presence of both parents. If one of them is absent from the home or there are conflicts between the parents, the child will develop contradictory tendencies and norms that will prevent his proper evolution.
The burnout syndrome is more and more common in scientific research in the country, but also at international level, in different professional categories and hierarchical levels. This research is aimed at medical staff in the Medical-Social Care Unit, nurses and even doctors. A unit established in 2007, which retains the same staff since then, forming a family framework over time, both for employees and beneficiaries, and developing different skills for teamwork. With the pandemic, the rules have become stricter and all staff have been taken out of the comfort zone, which could lead to an imbalance in stress management and put their mark on the emotional state of their employees, thus causing the scholarship. This research covers only one objective, namely the relationship between burnout, cognito-emotional cloning strategies and strategies to manage professional stress, the assumptions being drawn up in turn in the light of the correlation between two variables.
