This research aims to determine how the pattern of utilization of zakat productively applied in LAZISMu which then also the model applied in the empowerment mustahik so it is unknown whether the revenue mustahik after getting zakat productive of LAZISMu there is an increase or a change both in terms of revenue, business ethics and ability to pay ZIS. LAZISMu in conducting productive utilization of zakat through economic programs that aims to create entrepreneurs and provide new jobs for people who do not have jobs. The method used is qualitative method is to analyze and describe the results of the data obtained in the form of words. The results showed that of the indicators of empowerment mustahik, the impact of empowerment mustahik Development program Economy Family Amanah is, as many as 14 people mustahik of 14 respondents were powerless in terms of increased revenue, 14 mustahik of 14 respondents powerless in terms of the implementation of business ethics of Islam, and 14 mustahik person from 14 respondents helpless terms ZIS payment of these results can be drawn that the ZIS has been effective in empowering mustahik. In the productive utilization of zakat, LAZISMu besides channeling done alone then also always optimize assemblies, institutions and Ortom in Muhammadiyah so that a broader impact beneficiaries and programs more varied.
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and globalization made major changes in various fields, one of which is technology. One of the digital marketing strategies is affiliate marketing, which allows someone to market other people's products simply by spreading promotional links. In this activity, the team held seminars and training on affiliate marketing business models in marketing keloria products which aimed to increase participants' knowledge of digital marketing and affiliate marketing and encourage participants to join as affiliate partners of PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya. This seminar and training was carried out in 3 stages, namely preparation, seminar and training, and evaluation. The evaluation results show the participants' satisfaction with the training material and design presented. In addition, this activity succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge about digital marketing, especially social media marketing and affiliate marketing-based marketing models.
Digital marketing training is an important solution to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the rapidly growing digital era. This community service aims to provide digital marketing training to MSMEs assisted by Lazismu, Medan City. Identification of partner problems is carried out through meetings with Lazismu leaders to understand the challenges MSMEs face after the Covid-19 pandemic. The training was conducted using interactive lecture and discussion methods, covering marketing strategies through social media, search engine optimization, quality content, and online brand management for 30 MSMEs assisted by Lazismu Medan City. Evaluation is done through a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the training. The evaluation results show participant satisfaction and increased knowledge and skills in digital marketing. This training helps MSMEs expand market reach, increase business visibility, and increase sales. In conclusion, digital marketing training effectively increases the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and solves challenges faced after the Covid-19 pandemic.
<em><span lang="IN">This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence the customer's decision to choose mudharabah financing at PT. BPRS Gebu Prima Medan. The research method used in this research is quantitative research and data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study indicate that internal factors (X) have a positive and significant influence on mudharabah financing decisions (Y), and external factors (X) do not have a positive and significant influence on mudharabah financing decisions (Y). The results of the t-test (partial) obtained a sig value of 0.004 <0.05, therefore the provisions of the t-test (partial) can be concluded that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that partially internal factors (X) affect the decision on mudharabah financing (Y).</span></em>
This program was motivated by the lack of knowledge of the management and residents of Aisyiyah in establishing and managing the Sharia Cooperative at the Aisyiyah Percut Sei Tuan Branch. In addition, residents of Aisyiyah Percut Sei Tuan District still use usury-based cooperative savings and loan services. To improve knowledge and literacy, the purpose of this service is to provide management training on the establishment and management of sharia cooperatives, so that Sharia cooperatives can be formed at the Aisyiyah Percut Sei Tuan Branch. The stages of implementing this activity are preparation, training and evaluation of program success. From the results of the evaluation, the training participants gained an understanding and succeeded in forming a sharia cooperative under the name Tajri Aj Ma'a. In this activity, it was also decided the monthly contribution of cooperative members which must be paid.
The purpose of this study was to utilize the research site of the South Tapanuri Regency Regional Regulatory Authority by taking a sample of 65 auditors and P2UPDs based on the work of the South Tapanuri Regency Regional Government/Municipality to assess APIP performance. is to analyze the capacity and accountability of Data for this study were obtained from the results of questionnaire responses. The survey data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program for Windows. Based on the analytical results of this study, APIP's performance was influenced simultaneously by APIP's ability and responsibility variables. Analysis results show that 64% of APIP's performance is influenced by APIP's competence and accountability.
