The Covid-19 pandemic has shifted the work process to Work From Home (WFH), resulting in lower staff performance, particularly at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of North Sumatra (FKG USU). Work activities resumed in the office at the beginning of 2022, although productivity remained low. As a result, initiatives to encourage employee performance development, such as through training to increase employee work ethic, are required. Identification of partner issues, training, and evaluation are the three stages of this program. Participants were satisfied with the substance and design of the training delivered, according to the evaluation results. This program has a great influence since it teaches employees how to enhance their work ethic and make work activities meaningful as worship.
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and globalization made major changes in various fields, one of which is technology. One of the digital marketing strategies is affiliate marketing, which allows someone to market other people's products simply by spreading promotional links. In this activity, the team held seminars and training on affiliate marketing business models in marketing keloria products which aimed to increase participants' knowledge of digital marketing and affiliate marketing and encourage participants to join as affiliate partners of PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya. This seminar and training was carried out in 3 stages, namely preparation, seminar and training, and evaluation. The evaluation results show the participants' satisfaction with the training material and design presented. In addition, this activity succeeded in increasing participants' knowledge about digital marketing, especially social media marketing and affiliate marketing-based marketing models.
MSMEs in Indonesia have become an important part of the economic system in Indonesia. This is because MSMEs are business units that are more numerous than large-scale industrial businesses and have the advantage of absorbing more labor and also being able to accelerate the process of equity as part of development. One of the MSMEs in Bajak IV Harjosari II Village is light snack MSMEs in the form of peanut brittle and onion cake. These MSME actors have problems, such as poor marketing and the absence of product logos in packaging. Another problem with marketing is the inadequacy of the media to promote the MSME business. In this case, Brochure media is the right solution in marketing media for MSME actors. Brochure media is one of the right solutions for business actors who do not have adequate media for marketing.
Digital marketing training is an important solution to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the rapidly growing digital era. This community service aims to provide digital marketing training to MSMEs assisted by Lazismu, Medan City. Identification of partner problems is carried out through meetings with Lazismu leaders to understand the challenges MSMEs face after the Covid-19 pandemic. The training was conducted using interactive lecture and discussion methods, covering marketing strategies through social media, search engine optimization, quality content, and online brand management for 30 MSMEs assisted by Lazismu Medan City. Evaluation is done through a questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of the training. The evaluation results show participant satisfaction and increased knowledge and skills in digital marketing. This training helps MSMEs expand market reach, increase business visibility, and increase sales. In conclusion, digital marketing training effectively increases the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and solves challenges faced after the Covid-19 pandemic.
