Impulsive buying tendencies can be found in shopping centers such as malls. The number of malls also cause consumer lifestyles change. Impulsive behavior of puchases is influenced by product characteristics and store characteristics. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the characteristics of stores and products affect the consumer's impulse purchases at malls in Indonesia. This study examines as 435 respondents with descriptive quantitative approach. Questionnaires are disseminated by online system. Data analysis uses a multiple linear regression. Results of this study shows the characteristics of the store and product characteristics significantly affect the impulsive buying.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan Kerja dan motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bidang KSDA Wilayah II BBKSDA Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dengan respoden penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bidang II BBKSDA Sulawesi Selatan. Sedangkan Lingkungan kerja dan motivasikerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif tetapi tidak siginfikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Bidang II BBKSDA Sulawesi Selatan. Dari hasil penelitan ini disarankan agar pimpinan dapat terus menjaga dan meningkatkan disiplin para pegawai yang menjadi bawahannya antara lain melalui penerapan peraturan yang berlaku secara konsisten. Walaupun lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja para pegawai, namun diharapkan agar kedua faktor tersebut senantiasa juga mendapat perhatian dari pimpinan karena kedua faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja para pegawai
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan, motivasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja Petugas Pemeriksa BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Didasari oleh masalah sumber daya manusia saat ini yang masih menjadi sorotan dan tumpuan bagi suatu perusahaan ataupun organisasi untuk tetap dapat bertahan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia merupakan kunci pokok yang harus diperhatikan dengan segala kebutuhannya. Melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia yang efisien dan efektif, diharapkan dapat terus bertahan di arena persaingan yang kian sengit untuk memperoleh hasil terbaik yaitu kesuksesan. Permasalahan yang terjadi bahwa masih kurangnya kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh setiap petugas pemeriksa, kurangnya pimpinan memonitor aktivitas kerja setiap petugas, kurangnya motivasi kerja yang diberikan melalui pemberian insentif, bonus ataupun tunjangan kerja, serta banyaknya beban kerja yang harus ditangani, sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja petugas pemeriksa BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data yaitu: analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemeriksa, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemeriksa, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemeriksa, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas pemeriksa, serta variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja petugas pemeriksa BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Indonesia adalah motivasi.
The aims of the research are to study and analyze the effects of TQM on the Competitive Advantage and Firm Performance as well as the effects of SCM on the Competitive Advantage and Firm Performance in PT Semen Tonasa, a cement company in Pangkep, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. There were ten (10) indicators of TQM variables, six (6) indicators of SCM variables, five (5) indicators of competitive advantage variables, and four (4) indicators of firm performance variables using a balanced score card. Data collections were conducted using a questionnaire method. The respondents for the research were all middle managers in all units in PT Semen Tonasa. There were 122 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the hypothesis. The results of the research showed that there were positive and significant effects of the Total Quality Management (TQM) on the competitive advantage, the Total Quality Management (TQM) on the firm performance, the Supply Chain Management (SCM) on the competitive advantage and the competitive advantage on the firm performance. It was found that there were indirect effects of the TQM and SCM on the firm performance through the competitive advantage.
In Indonesia, particularly in Bali, these are a lot of Training Centers (LPK) in tourism sectors which grow and evolve rapidly, by selling trend working on Cruise ship and over seas such as in hotels and restaurants, it is the main attraction for prospective students to continue their education after they have completed their educations in vocational or high school. The purposes of this study are to describe the effect of the quality of academic services to the student’s satisfaction, the effect of price (education expenses) to the student’s satisfaction, the influence of the quality of academic services to the word of mouth, the effect of price (education expenses) on word of mouth, the influence of the student’s satisfaction on word of mouth, the effect of the quality of academic services to the word of mouth through the students’ satisfaction, the effect of price (education expenses). The data analysis technique in this quantitative research using statistical analysis (descriptive statistics and inferential statistics es) to the word of mouth through the student’s satisfaction.). This research is analyzed by SEM with its analysis instrument the program Partial Least Square (PLS). In this research, it was found that: the quality of academic services and prices (education expenses) have positive and significant impact on the students’ satisfaction; quality of academic services have a positive and significance impact on word of mouth where students’ satisfaction have a role as full mediation, price (education expenses) have a positive and significance impact on word of mouth where students’ satisfaction have a role as partial mediation, price (education expenses) and the students’ satisfaction have positive and significant effect on word of mouth, the quality of academic services have positive however there is non significance effect on word of mouth.
