Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru Tidak Tetap, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang bukan guru SD di Kecamatan Gesi Kabupaten Sragen yang berjumlah 40 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas dan reliabilitas semua item pernyataan terbukti valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi tipikal, tidak terdapat multikolinearitas, dan tidak terdapat gejala heteroskedastisitas pada model regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru Tidak Tetap pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Gesi Kabupaten Sragen. Kontribusi determinasi diperoleh sebesar 71,7% yang berarti bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Tidak Tetap dapat dijelaskan dengan baik oleh ketiga variabel di atas.

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Motivation on the Performance of Non-Permanent Teachers, in this study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was teachers who were not elementary school teachers in the Gesi sub-district of Sragen, Sragen Regency, which amounted to 40 people. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 40 respondents with the determination of the sample using the census method. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the validity and reliability of all statement items proved valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the data are typically distributed, there is no multicollinearity, and there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity in the regression model. The result of the research shows that Work Discipline, Competence and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Non-Permanent Teachers in State Elementary Schools in Gesi District, Sragen Regency. The contribution of determination was obtained at 71.7%, which means that the variables of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Work Motivation on Non-Permanent Teacher Performance can be well explained by the three variables above.
