Entrepreneurship ensures the development of both the national economy and the population’s, well-being so it embodies a necessary process and factor for ensuring sustainable development. In the long run, sustainability is impossible without development and the entrepreneurship as one of its main stakeholders plays a triple role, acting at the same time as a significant factor, part of the economic component and a mechanism ensuring the sustainable development. The article examines issues of sustainable development entrepreneurship; considered is the substantial characteristics of management tools for system-integrated sustainable development entrepreneurship management, thus offering a system of digital tools services for sustainable development entrepreneurship digital platform and model for sustainable development entrepreneurship. The theoretical and methodological approaches to business development management proposed are designated to provide management focusing on sustainable development, system-integrated nature, anticipatory influence, use of rapidly growing digital capabilities, therefore forming an innovative basis for management and its object development. Its components are: a system of digital tools, a model of socially responsible business ideas and business projects selection; business models for sustainable development entrepreneurship. The study results are of essential practical importance for the process of one’s own business conducting with the use the rapidly growing opportunities opening.
The relevance of the problem under study is due to the fact that the role of human capital in the development of the content and dynamics of the innovation system of both a country as a whole and its individual regions is currently increasing. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of the use of human capital in the process of implementing innovative activities. The leading methods of studying the problem of the article include the analysis of theoretical sources, analysis of statistics, comparison. The article examines the essence of innovative development, analyses human capital and innovative development of the Odesa region, identifies problems, and elaborates ways to solve them.
The regulatory policy of entrepreneurship development is aimed at creating favorable conditions for increasing competitiveness and the role of entrepreneurship in the economic system by applying a set of state regulatory measures aimed at improving the quality of public administration through the formation of a legislative space for the successful functioning and development of entrepreneurship, which, in turn, acts as a dominant economic security of the national economy. The purpose of this article is to study the influence of the regulatory policy of entrepreneurship development on ensuring the economic security of the national economy by determining the level of development of innovative entrepreneurship in the region. An analysis of the state of entrepreneurship in Ukraine was carried out, on the basis of which the main development trends, factors that influenced their formation, as well as directions for improving regulatory policy in the context of ensuring economic security of national security were determined. It has been proven that the focus of entrepreneurial structures on innovative activities will contribute to increasing competitiveness and profitability, which in turn will improve the life of the population, strengthen the economic position of the middle class, and therefore ensure the economic security of the national economy. Within the framework of the article, a methodical approach to the assessment of the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the regions of Ukraine is proposed, which makes it possible to carry out methodologically correct comparisons of the levels of development of the regions at the meso-level both by the complex indicator and by its individual components. The authors grouped and ranked the regions according to a comprehensive indicator and identified the leading regions, regions with an average level of development of innovative entrepreneurship, and outsider regions. Recommendations for overcoming the identified disparities are provided.
A conceptual scheme of the integrated model of the higher education competitiveness to the conditions of digital economy has been formed by the authors. The integrated nature of the model is revealed, on the one hand, in broad stakeholders’ involvement and taking into consideration their interests, and on the other hand – in its focus on ensuring the adaptability of higher education and universities to new challenges of digital economy. Within the article, a system-synergetic paradigm of researching the integrated model of the higher education competitiveness in the conditions of digital economy is proposed. The implementation of the integrated model will ensure the introversion and extraversion adaptability of the higher education system and universities to the challenges of information economy. The implementation of the proposed model will contribute to the achievement of strategic and tactical goals of the development of higher education institutions, as well positively affect the quality of knowledge of young people, regional innovative development and social welfare in the country.
The article systematizes main directions of improving organizational and economic support of higher education innovative development in the globalization context. One of the main intensification directions of innovative activity in the higher education field is the creation of a national strategy for innovative higher education development, synchronized with existing programs for the development of domestic higher education system and national economy in general. Authors emphasize that the policy of targeted financing of higher education system innovative development requires optimization. Prerequisites for university innovative development are the availability of state support, adequate financial support, lack of bureaucracy, presence of a developed innovation infrastructure, developed innovation culture in society and more. Promising areas for further universities’ development are also identified: deepening the relationship between higher education, science and industry, particularly in the direction of scientific research commercialization; ensuring university autonomy (including financial autonomy), flexibility and digitalization of higher education; use of distance learning; regular educational material updating in accordance with business demands and scientific-technological progress latest achievements.
