This study aims to examine the community empowerment model to develop sustainable tourism villages in Indonesia. This study applies a qualitative method. Data collection is conducted through interviews, observations, and focus group discussions held in Ponggok Village of Central Java Province -Indonesia. The results of this study found that the tourism development carried out in the Ponggok Village used four approaches (1) spatial approach as a basis in determining the direction of village development; (2) sectoral approach through increasing the role of the Village Owned Enterprises to build the village economy; (3) human resources to enhance the role of village communities in managing village potentials; and (4) use of information technology to improve service quality, transparency and accountability. The success of these four approaches is influenced by the leadership, innovation, collaboration, and good village governance. The success of the Ponggok village to become an independent village in improving the welfare of the community is inseparable from the success of the Ponggok village government in empowering the community to manage sustainable tourism development. The success of development with these four approaches is influenced by leadership, innovation, collaboration, and good governance.
The birth of a digital knowledge-based community brought major changes in everything. The role of teachers in learning in the digital age requires the expertise of teachers to implement appropriate solutions to various problems and adapt to changing environments. This change requires a new orientation in education that emphasizes creativity, initiative, innovation, communication and cooperation. In the digital age, teachers are needed to be able to keep up with the times, can play various roles as change bearers, learning consultants; who have a high sense of humanity and morals, and social sensitivity, and are rational and honest-minded, so that they are able to work well in a dynamic educational environment. This article discusses the role of teachers in the digital age in learning that is thought to influence vision, responsibility, social sensitivity, logical ability and teacher honesty. All of this boils down to the role of teachers in the digital age as agents of change and learning consultants. The teacher becomes a bridge of revolution by making himself as motivator which moves students to accessible learning resources.
<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Mengetahui tingkat kinerja <em>(performance)</em> penyuluh pertanian, menganalisis pengaruh faktor individu penyuluh, faktor psikologi penyuluh, faktor organisasi penyuluh dan faktor lingkungan kerja penyuluh terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian dalam melaksanakan tugas pokoknya dan menemukan model pemberdayaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja penyuluh pertanian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja penyuluh pertanian rata-rata termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi yaitu sebesar 77,73 persen sedangkan uji hipotesa diperoleh nilai t<sub>hitung</sub> sebesar 1355 dan t<sub>tabel</sub> 2,01 sehingga (t<sub>hitung</sub> > t<sub>tabel</sub>) yang di artikan bahwa secara bersama-sama faktor individu penyuluh, psikologi penyuluh, organisasi penyuluh dan lingkungan kerja penyuluh berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat kinerja penyuluh yaitu: Faktor individu (pengalaman penyuluh), faktor psikologi (persepsi penyuluh pertanian terhadap profesi penyuluh pertanian, sikap dan motivasi penyuluh pertanian), faktor organisasi (imbalan penyuluh pertanian) dan faktor lingkungan kerja (jumlah petani binaan dan interaksi penyuluh dengan petani binaan) sedangkan yang berpengaruh negatif signifiikan yaitu luas wilayah penyuluh pertanian. Penelitian ini menemukan model pemberdayaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja penyuluh yaitu dengan memperhatikan faktor individu penyuluh, psikologi, organisasi dan juga faktor lingkungan kerja penyuluh pertanian.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian, Individu, Psikologi, Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja</p>
The purpose of this research is to improve learning achievement and student learning motivation through behavior modification approach in Class V Elementary School Laboratory State University of Malang (UM) Blitar City. This research was conducted using classroom action research method. This study was conducted with two cycles. Data collection techniques used in this study is tests and observations. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, i.e. calculating the mean and standard deviation. Furthermore, by using the formula stanfive data formulated with the frequency distribution table. Data analysis is by comparing the results of the scores obtained from Cycle I and Cycle II (data learning achievement and student learning motivation). Data analysis is analysis of variance of paired-samples t test formula with SPSS PASW Statistics 18. The result of research are: (1) student learning achievement through behavior modification approach included in good enough category; (2) the level of student's learning motivation through behavior modification approach included in high enough category; and (3) there is improvement of learning achievement and student's learning motivation through behavior modification approach in Class Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa melalui pendekatan behavior modification di Kelas V SD Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, yakni menghitung rerata dan deviasi standar. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan rumus formula stanfive data disusun dengan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Analisis data yakni dengan membandingkan hasil skor yang diperoleh dari Siklus I dan Siklus II (data hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa). Analisis data adalah analisis varians formula paired-samples t test dengan bantuan SPSS PASW Statistics 18. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) tingkat hasil belajar siswa melalui pendekatan behavior modification termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik; (2) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa melalui pendekatan behavior modification termasuk dalam kategori cukup tinggi; dan (3) ada peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa melalui pendekatan behavior modification di Kelas V SD Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) Kota Blitar.Kata kunci: hasil belajar; motivasi belajar; pendekatan behavior modification
Nutritional needs are important for adolescent to accelerate growth. Good nutritional knowledge in adolescent can help them to consume healthy foods and prevent nutritional problems. Nutrition education with animation video is a great eff ort to improve adolescent nutritional knowledge. The use of attractive, eff ective and effi cient media ease adolescent to understand the nutrition material delivered. The objective of this research was to analyzes adolescent nutritional knowledge after given animation video. This research was quasi experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. There were 84 eeadolescents as research subjects chosen with purposive sampling technique. Animation video was given one time every week for one month with the duration of each video for seven minutes. The data was analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank. The results of study showed that nutrition education using animation video gave a positive infl uence on nutritional knowledge of adolescent (p=0.000). Animation video can be used as educational media to improve adolescent nutritional knowledge.
