Innovation is needed for creative businesses, especially crafts. Innovative behavior is closely related to innovation. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing on the innovative behavior of weaving crafters and how the effect of self-efficacy on the innovative behavior of weaving crafters. The study was conducted on 50 weaving craftsmen in Sambas Regency, Kalimantan Barat Province. The conclusion of descriptive statistical analysis is the innovative behavior of weaving crafters in the very high category, knowledge sharing behavior in high category, and self efficacy in the very high category. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis, with SPSS 20.0 software. The results of this study concluded that there was no significant influence of knowledge sharing behavior on the innovative behavior of weaving crafters, and there was a significant effect of self-efficacy on the innovative behavior of weaving crafters.
Objective – This study examines the effect of mediating work pressure on the relationship between the quality of work life and the desire to leave of millennial employees. Methodology/Technique – The highest portion of the workforce in Indonesia in 2016 is the millennial generation, which comprises around 62.5 million people. Millennials possess different attitudes, characteristics and skills than the Baby Boomer generation. Millennial employees are perceived to look for the value of work to improve the quality of work life rather than financial benefits. Organizations must understand the character of millennial employees to gain the best talents. Findings – The findings of the study show that quality of work life has a negative and significant effect on work stress. Meanwhile, work stress has a positive and significant effect on intention to leave. Finally, the quality of work life has a negative and significant effect on intention to leave. Research Limitations / Implications – This study concludes that work stress mediates the relationship between the quality of work life and intention to leave. This study concludes that quality of work life is very important for low work stress and reducing the intention to leave among millennial employees. Novelty – These findings expand upon existing research related to the quality of work life, work stress and turnover intention and provides recommendations for organizations to retain millennial employees. Objective - This study aims to analyse the differences of entrepreneurial quality between Tionghoa entrepreneurs and Malay entrepreneurs. In this study, quality was measured by the need for achievement, locus of control, risk-taking behaviour, perseverance, independence, creativity, and knowledge. Methodology/Technique - The data in this research was collect using self-report questionnaires which were distributed to 60 Tionghoa respondents and 60 Malay respondents. The data then was then tested using a T-test. Findings - The T-test analysis shows that there are significant differences between Tionghoa entrepreneurs and Malay entrepreneurs. Novelty - This study investigates the differences in entrepreneurial quality between Malay and Tionghoa entrepreneurs in the province of West Kalimantan, Indonesia, whereas previous studies have focused on other countries. Adanya tekanan ekonomi dan pendidikan wanita yang semakin maju mendukung semakin banyak wanita yang terjun ke dunia pekerjaan. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak wanita yang emainkan peran ganda dalam kehidupannya, yaitu peran sebagai pekerja dan peran sebagai istri/ ibu rumah tangga yang merupakan kodratnya, adanya peran ganda ini tak jarang menimbulkan konflik karena terbaginya perhatian terhadap masing-masing peran. Di saat melakukan perannya sebagai pekerja tak jarang pekerja wanita harus memikirkan juga masalah-masalah keluarga, sebaliknya saat menjalankan perannya sebagai ibu rumah tangga tak jarang pekerjaan-pekerjaan kantor yang belum selesai mengambil sebagian waktu dan pikirannya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik keluarga-pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Khatulistiwa Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode atau desain penelitian kausalitas. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 43 karyawan khususnya wanita sudah menikah yang menggunakan metode sampel sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial, terdapat satu variabel yang terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja, yakni variabel tekanan perkawinan. (2) Secara simultan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara tekanan sebagai orang tua, tekanan perkawinan, kurangnya keterlibatan sebagai istri, kurangnya keterlibatan sebagai orangtua, dan campur tangan pekerjaan terhadap kinerja.
This research aims to analyze the importance and the application of piercing the corporate veil in the legal AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui arti penting dan penerapan piercing the corporate veil dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang Perseroan Terbatas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif yang mendasarkan pada penelitian kepustakaan guna memperoleh data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh dari asas-asas hukum, peraturan-peraturan, dan buku-buku yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif ini menghasilkan data deskriptif-analitis. Selain itu, dilakukan juga studi untuk membandingkan penggunaan piercing the corporate veil di berbagai negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, arti penting pengaturan piercing the corporate veil dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang perseroan terbatas adalah karena: (1) untuk memberikan kepastian hukum; (2) keberadaan piercing the corporate veil di undang-undang akan berimplikasi pada sanksi yang tegas sehingga efek jera dapat tercapai; (3) untuk menekan biaya litigasi; (4) untuk memotivasi penerapan piercing the corporate veil. Kedua, prinsip piercing the corporate veil di dalam perundang-undangan di bidang P.T di perluas dari KUHD sampai dengan UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1995 dan UU Nomor 40 Tahun 2007.Kata kunci: badan hukum, perseroan terbatas, piercing the corporate veil.
