Entrepreneurial Quality of Tionghoa Ethnicity and Malay Ethnicity: Are There Any Differences?

Abstract: Objective - This study aims to analyse the differences of entrepreneurial quality between Tionghoa entrepreneurs and Malay entrepreneurs. In this study, quality was measured by the need for achievement, locus of control, risk-taking behaviour, perseverance, independence, creativity, and knowledge.
