Kebijakan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh yang diterapkan selama masa pandemi merupakan upaya paling baik yang dipilih oleh pemerintah dalam meminimalisir tingkat penularan Covid-19 di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana respons guru terhadap kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh selama pandemi di Provinsi Jambi. Metode penelitiannya adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sumber datanya berupa kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 245 responden guru sekolah dasar (SD/MI dan SMP/MTs) mitra Tanoto Foundation di 7 Kabupaten di Provinsi Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 100% responden guru menyatakan telah melaksanakan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh, metode pembelajaran yang paling banyak digunakan adalah dengan memberikan tugas berupa soal kepada siswa dengan responden sebesar 80% atau sebanyak 195 orang, 30% atau sebanyak 52 orang menyatakan tidak melakukan perubahan kurikulum dalam pelaksanaan PJJ, 81% atau 176 orang menyatakan bentuk dukungan guru kepada orangtua adalah dengan memberikan informasi sumber belajar kepada orangtua untuk disampaikan ke murid, sarana komunikasi paling banyak yang digunakan adalah 65% atau sebanyak 160 orang menyatakan dengan media sosial dalam bentul WA grup, google hangout, facebook dan messenger.
Pandemi COVID-19 mengubah sistem pembelajaran menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring. Ini adalah upaya dari pemerintah untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19 di sektor pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh selama pandemi. Semua pihak saat ini dari mulai staf pengajar dan siswa sedang beradaptasi mmenggunakan berbagai sistem pembelajaran yang tersedia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner yang dibagikan secara online melalui googleform. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa di tingkat SD/MI dan SMP/MTs di 5 Kabupaten/Kota mitra Tanoto Foundation di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Pivoting digunakan sebagai alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi persentase. Total responden 222 siswa yang diambil secara acak sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini, 98% siswa telah melaksanakan program PJJ; 53% siswa merasa menyenangkan; 47% siswa merasa kurang/tidak nyaman dan dari yang merasa menyenangkan 36% siswa beralasan mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna serta dari yang merasa kurang/tidak nyaman 37% siswa beralasan terlalu banyak tugas. Sarana komunikasi yang banyak digunakan adalah whatsapp group, facebook, massenger, serta google classroom sebanyak 96% siswa dan 4% siswa menggunakan video conference; Kendala yang paling banyak dialami yaitu kurangnya kualitas koneksi jaringan internet.
Efforts to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 pandemic in primary schools are to issue a Distance Learning (PJJ) policy. The purpose of this study was to see the responses of parents to distance learning policies in North Sumatra. The research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire that is distributed online via google form. Respondents of this study were parents at the SD / MI and SMP / MTs levels in 6 districts / cities partnering the Tanoto Foundation in North Sumatra Province. The data analysis used is descriptive percentage using pivoting. The total respondents were 278 people who were selected by simple random. The conclusion of this study is that 99.64% of parents stated that children had implemented the PJJ program; 94% of parents stated that they participated in guiding their children at home; 96% stated that they had been given instructions by the teacher in guiding the PJJ program; 65% of parents stated that they felt comfortable with PJJ activities.
