There was a nutritional issue in the training camp of Central Java BPPLOP (Balai Pemusatan Pendidikan Latihan Olahraga Pelajar/Student Sport Education and Training Center). The year 2017 data showed that 8% of athletes experienced nutritional deficiency and 10% of athletes experienced nutritional excess. This research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a personalized nutrition program toward percentage of energy consumption level (%ECL), body mass index (BMI), and body fat percentage (%BF). This research utilized one-group pretestposttest design. The subjects were 59 martial arts athletes in Central Java BPPLOP. The personalized nutrition program intervention lasted a month and was encouraged by a smartphone application called Nutriatlet. The statistical test was a paired sample t test. The research concluded that mean %ECL improved significantly after intervention, from 63.37 ± 8.57 to 82.91 ± 6.31 (p < 0.001). The BF percentage also improved from 14.36 ± 6.19 to 13.40 ± 5.88 (p < 0.001). Mean BMI was not significantly different after intervention, from 21.95 ± 2.51 to 22.02 ± 2.25 (p = 0.524). We concluded that Nutriatlet usage to evaluate a personalized nutrition program could improve the energy consumption level and body fat percentage while maintaining body mass index.
The purpose of this research is to uncover and analyse various models of Pencaksilat learning in physical and sport education through scientific journal articles that have been published on national and international journals. The research is an analysis on analysis by breaking down some research findings on the similar issue. The data collection technique used in the research is documentation based on primary data. The primary data are assessment results and research findings about models of martial arts learning on physical and sport education. The data validity consist of credibility test, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Qualitative data analysis used on this research is interactive model by Miles and Huberman that consist of data collection, display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The research findings indicate that there are various models of pencaksilat learning from scientific articles in Indonesia. Those models are the spectrum of teaching style, cooperative model, and tactical approach. Besides there are some that use common model such as direct instruction, the practise style, the inclusion style, the guided discovery style, personalized system and peer teaching. There is a distinctive learning model that called thematic instruction. This model involves music and technology on the learning process. There is no one considered as the best model, however every model has its own characteristic based on learning material and its user.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the training method of drill 1 and drill 2, endurance as well as male and female on the success of throwing frisbee to the target. The method of the study was quasi-experimental. The sample were 80 people consists of 40 elementary school students and 40 students of Binadarma University in Palembang. The sampling technique was purposive random sampling. The data were collected by experiment, data analysis by using Two-way analysis of variance (Anava). Multiple comparison tests by using Duncan test. The results show that the pretest of drill experiment is 33, posttest is 201 and g score is168, for control group, the pretest drill is 33, posttest 44 and g score 11. The results of drill test give effect on throw result, (p = 0.000728). Muscular endurance (p = 0.00000). Age (p = 0.00000). Gender (p = 0.00000). It is concluded that: There were an effect between drill 1 and drill 2, long and short muscle endurance to improve the accuracy of frisbee throw to the target. There was an influence between old and young ages, men and women to improve the accuracy of frisbee throw into the target.
The 2013 curriculum implies the need for a learning process guided by scientific or scientific approaches. Students are more active in constructing their knowledge and skills. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in Senior High Schools in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The research method used CIPP model (context-input-process-product). The subjects are the teachers of the physical, sports, and health education in Lampung Province. Research instruments used questionnaires, observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis of percentage. The Implementation of Learning and Evaluation of Curriculum 2013 in Physical, Sports, and Health Education by High School Teachers in Lampung Province regarding the Aspect Context, and Input has already fulfilled the expected standards. However, in the aspects of Process and Product, the implementation has not fulfilled the expected standards. This research is useful as a reference for teachers of physical, sports, and health education in Senior High School in conducting an evaluation based on the 2013 curriculum of high school students in Lampung Province.
Less developed aerobic gymnastics athletes coaching is marked by decreasing number of athletes who participate in aerobic gymnastic competitions in Central Java. This study aimed to analyze the factors that caused the underdevelopment of aerobic gymnastic training. The research design was qualitative research. The instruments used were observation and interview with aerobic gymnastic coachs. The result was presented in an analytical narrative and verbal descriptions with informal descriptive techniques. Results: The results of this research is 1) The lack of introduction and socialization in the regions was the cause of reducing participants, 2) The lack of coachs resources in the area due to lack of trainer training activities, 3) Unclear competition schedules in each year, 4) The low quality of coachs resources which caused "code of points" could not be comprehensively understood, 5) The coachs got difficulty in composing the choreography, 6) Difficulty in developing coaching due to the limited support of the PERSANI, 7) The breakdown of athlete's regeneration because some of them were retired, 8) coaching athlete practiced only when they will join in a championship. The decrease of athletes in participating competition.
