Conventional or electronic sticks are one of the tools that are often used by people with blind persons for independent activities. Both tools have limitations that cannot provide a sense of comfort in the form of information on the distance position between blind persons. In this research, electronic hardware is designed and built, which is integrated with conventional sticks. Designs and aids are made to exchange positional information on the distance between blind persons for normal and emergency conditions. The two electronic hardware consists of a global position system (GPS) modules, LoRa radio, DF mini-player, liquid crystal display (LCD), button, and a microcontroller. Communication between electronic hardware uses a point to point topology with half-duplex communication. Each hardware device is planted with source ID and destination ID, so that as soon as the push-button is pressed, the microcontroller reads the coordinate point data from the GPS module. The combined coordinate data and source ID are transmitted to the destination ID via LoRa radio and will exchange coordinate data instead. Furthermore, the two coordinate data in each microcontroller hardware is converted into distance information (meters) using the Haversine algorithm. Distance information is displayed on the LCD and converted into sound output through the DF mini-player speaker. The result of system functionality testing, the average percentage error is 1.21%, and the reading of all the resulting distance data can sound. Testing the GPS module obtained the percentage of conformity of the coordinates with an accuracy of 99%. Testing the data communication system obtained the maximum distance on the LoRa module as far as 500 meters. The received signal strength value (RSSI) parameter has no effect on the distance tested, and the receiver's packet loss parameter will be very influential if it is blocked by an object (obstacle).
PT. PLN (Persero) adalah sebuah perusahaan BUMN milik pemerintah yang memiliki fungsi sebagai penyedia sistem ketenagalistrikan nasional yang disalurkan ke seluruh Indonesia. PT. PLN (Persero) merupakan perusahaan publik yang bergerak dibidang jasa sehingga memiliki tanggung jawab besar untuk mampu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat. Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banjarmasin proses monitoring pengaduan dan keluhan pelanggan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu datang langsung ke kantor PLN atau menggunakan Telpon 123 yang sering tidak tersampaikan dengan baik bahkan telepon tidak di jawab. Dimana hal tersebut menyebabkan waktu penanganan pengaduan dan keluhan pelanggan menjadi lebih lambat. Hal lainnya yang dapat terjadi dengan pencatatan manual ialah respon balik terhadap suatu pengaduan atau keluhan dari para pelanggan yang cenderung lambat dikarenakan tidak adanya data yeng terperinci serta terintegrasi dengan komputer yang mengakibatkan sulitnya pencarian data, pengolahan data, serta pelaporan atas keluhan dan pengaduan pelanggan yang lambat karena dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya keluhan terhadap layanan. Oleh karena itu di butuhkan aplikasi yang dapat menangani semua permasalahan yang ada saat ini, yaitu dengan adanya Aplikasi monitoring pelayanan pengaduan dan keluhan pelanggan ini dapat membantu proses keluhan para pelanggan serta mempermudah dalam menangani pengaduan yang di perlukan.Dalam penelitian ini memberikan pandangan tentang keakuratan di dalam proses penyampaian pengaduan dan keluhan pelanggan dengan mempergunakan suatu sistem yang telah berbasis database. Dengan adanya sistem yang berbasis database ini, maka akan mempermudah proses pancarian dan mengupdate suatu data untuk sebuah informasi yang lebih akurat dan lebih tepat waktu sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan diiginkan oleh pemakai atau user. Tools for blind people with mobility activities in pedestrian pathways have been widely launched, approved and patented. However, there are still shortcomings that can be done only for pedestrian paths or nearby destinations. In this study, both a camera (detection of the pedestrian path) and LiDAR (detection of surrounding objects) sensors to help disability activities. The first stage of image data from the preparatory camera from RGB to XYZ, color filters, close morphology, resizing, learning and testing of neural networks. Bring up 3 voice attitudes information. Attitudes are perpendicular, left tilted, right tilted, or not reversed to the pedestrian yellow path. The second stage of the LiDAR distance points data is processed into 2D array geometry, learning, and testing of neural networks. Bring up the information 8 voice attitudes. Detection of the cycle and distance of objects right side, front, left, right-front, right-left, front-left, right-front-left, not captured. The test results approximately at lux <15000 got 89.7% accuracy for pedestrian path detection and 87.5% for object detection.
Abstract. The development of information technology, especially in the field of financial technology helps waqf institutions in the development of waqf findrising strategies, one of which is the existence of online waqf. Therefore it is necessary to optimize the collection of waqf funds based online, one of them with efficiency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the collection of waqf-based online waqf funds in Global Waqf and Dompet Dhuafa. The research method used is qualitative with the DEA method. The object of study is the waqf institutions in Global Waqf and Dompet Dhuafa in the form of financial statements of 2 institutions in the period 2016 - 2017, interviews and documentation. Research results based on the above discussion are as follows: (1), Global Waqf and Dompet Dhuafa have fulfilled the elements in raising funds. Both institutions have their respective strategies in collecting funds based on online (2). The level of effectiveness of collecting waqf funds online at Global Waqf and Dompet Dhuafa using the DEA method for the 2016-2017 period, in the 2016 Dompet Dhuafa and Global Waqf levels, the efficiency level has been reaching 100% or equal to 1. This shows that Dompet Dhuafa and Global waqf had maximum efficiency in that year. Figures at 0.0% to gain indicate the efficiency target is in accordance with the actual conditions and obtained achieved 100%. In 2017 Dompet Dhuafa has an efficiency level of 100% or equal to 1. While Global Waqf has decreased efficiency to 50% due to its value of less than 100%. The optimization of online waqf collection in 2017 at Global Waqf institutions experienced low efficiency in order to achieve perfect efficiency operational costs should be reduced by around 80%, while online waqf receipts must be increased to 49% of the actual total. Abstrak. Adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya di bidang financial technology membantu lembaga wakaf dalam perkembangan strategi findrising wakaf, salah satunya yaitu dengan adanya wakaf online. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan optimalisasi penghimpunan dana wakaf berbasis online, salah satunya dengan efisiensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penghimpunan dana wakaf berbasis wakaf online di Global Wakaf dan Dompet Dhuafa. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode DEA. Objek yang diteliti adalah lembaga wakaf di Global Wakaf dan Dompet Dhuafa berupa laporan keuangan 2 lembaga pada periode 2016 – 2017, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian berdasarkan pembahasan di atas sebagai berikut : (1), Global Wakaf dan Dompet Dhuafa sudah memenuhi unsur-unsur dalam penghimpunan dana. Kedua lembaga tersebut mempunyai strategi masing-masing dalam menghimpun dana yang berbasis online (2), Tingkat efektivitas penghimpunan dana wakaf online di Global Wakaf dan Dompet Dhuafa dengan metode DEA periode 2016-2017, di periode 2016 Dompet Dhuafa dan Global Wakaf tingkat efisiensi nya sudah mencapai 100% atau senilai dengan 1. Hal ini menunjukan Dompet Dhuafa dan Global wakaf sudah efisiensi secara maksimal di tahun tersebut. Angka pada pada to gain 0.0 % menunjukan target efisiensi sudah sesuai dengan kondisi aktual dan memperoleh achieved 100 %. Di tahun 2017 Dompet Dhuafa tingkat efisiensinya sudah mencapai 100% atau senilai dengan 1. Sedangkan Global Wakaf mengalami penurunan efisiensi menjadi 50 % dikarenakan nilainya yang kurang dari 100%. Optimalisasi penghimpunan wakaf online pada tahun 2017 pada lembaga Global wakaf mengalami efisiensi rendah agar mencapai efisiensi sempurna biaya operasional harus dikurangi sekitar 80 %, sedangkan penerimaan wakaf online harus dinaikan menjadi 49 % dari total actualnya.
Jaringan BTS (Base Transceiver Station) merupakan bagian terpenting dari PT Telkomsel, data monitoring BTS yang berjalan saat ini masih belum terorganisir dengan baik sehingga masih ada kerusakan fatal pada perangkat BTS yang terjadi karena kurangnya perangkat yang dipantau. Seiring berjalannya waktu, jumlah BTS telah meningkat, untuk mendukung layanan telekomunikasi dan infrastruktur yang memadai. Dengan banyaknya BTS yang ada saat ini perlu diimbangi dengan keberadaan sistem yang dapat memonitor aktivitas yang terjadi pada perangkat ini dengan baik, sehingga potensi kerusakan fatal dapat dihindari. Oleh karena itu, aplikasi ini dimaksudkan sebagai media penyimpanan informasi, pengolahan informasi dan analisis informasi sehingga rekomendasi tentang tindakan pencegahan atau perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan. Dalam penelitian ini memilih sistem berbasis web, sistem dapat diakses dari mana saja.Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini adalah Macromedia Dreamweaver dan Notepad ++ sebagai media untuk merancang tampilan dan menulis kode program, aplikasi xampp sebagai web server dan mozilla firefox untuk melihat hasil tampilan dengan Sistem Operasi Windows 7. The 2013 curriculum implies the need for a learning process guided by scientific or scientific approaches. Students are more active in constructing their knowledge and skills. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in Senior High Schools in Lampung Province, Indonesia. The research method used CIPP model (context-input-process-product). The subjects are the teachers of the physical, sports, and health education in Lampung Province. Research instruments used questionnaires, observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis of percentage. The Implementation of Learning and Evaluation of Curriculum 2013 in Physical, Sports, and Health Education by High School Teachers in Lampung Province regarding the Aspect Context, and Input has already fulfilled the expected standards. However, in the aspects of Process and Product, the implementation has not fulfilled the expected standards. This research is useful as a reference for teachers of physical, sports, and health education in Senior High School in conducting an evaluation based on the 2013 curriculum of high school students in Lampung Province.
An identification of cloud imagery is part of the cloud observation process which is very important to know the potential for weather changes, especially in the Sultan Hasanuddin airport area. The purpose of this research is to build an artificial intelligence model to identify and classify texture patterns of cloud images. The research used 80 clouds images data contained in the Sultan Hasanuddin Airport area. The data consist of four types of clouds, Altocumulus, Cirrus, Cumulonimbus and Cumulus. In this research, a feature extraction process using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) algorithm and Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used for the classification process. We used a set of 4 GLCM features. The 4 selected features are contrast, correlation, energy and homogeneity. Training and testing data using cross validation method with three stages validation. The highest level of accuracy is found in the third stage validation with an accuracy value of 85%.
