<p>The movement of gold prices in the previous period was crucial for investors. However, fluctuations in gold price movements always occur. The problem in this study is how to apply multiple linear regression (MRL) in predicting artificial neural networks (ANN) of gold prices. MRL is mathematical calculation technique used to measure the correlation between variables. The results of the MRL analysis ensure that the network pattern that is formed can provide precise and accurate prediction results. In addition, this study aims to develop a predictive pattern model that already exists. The results of the correlation test obtained by MRL provide a correlation of 62% so that the test results are said to have a significant effect on gold price movements. Then the prediction results generated using an ANN has a mean squared error (MSE) value of 0.004264%. The benefits obtained in this study provide an overview of the gold price prediction pattern model by conducting learning and approaches in testing the accuracy of the use of predictor variables.</p>

The research aims to discover the effect of macroeconomic factors, energy consumption and fundamental analysis on stock return of mining and energy sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018 period. The population in this study firms in the mining and energy sector. The total population is 43 firms. 37 firms were selected as samples A total of the population was determined as samples by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used panel data regression analysis by SPSS program. The result shows: (1) Inflation has a significant effect on stock return (2) Interest rate has a significant effect on stock return (3) exchange rate has a significant effect on stock return (4) energy consumption has a significant effect on stock return (5) current ratio has no significant effect on stock return (6) debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock return (7) return on equity has a significant effect on stock return (8) earning per share has a significant effect on stock return.

The study to discover the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) towards employee�s job satisfaction and organizational performance. Data was collected by questionnaire instrument. The unit of analysis is branch office of the state company in Padang city. The study utilized primary data which is obtained through questionnaire. Total sampling is used in this study. 97 questionnaire were returned as a final sample. Data were analyzed by Path Analysis performed by SPSS 23 software. The result show that TQM implementation have positive and significant effect both on organizational performance and employee�s job satisfaction. Employee�s job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Organizational performance is more influenced by employee�s job satisfaction than TQM

<p>The objective of this study to identify the impact of culinary tourism on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. Respondents in this study are the tourists in Padang city, West Sumatra. The study utilized primary data which is obtained through the questionnaire. The respondents were selected by convenience sampling method. The number of respondents is 384 determined by using Lemeshow formula. Data were analyzed by Path Analysis. The result show that culinary tourism has a positive and significant effect both on destination loyalty and tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on destination loyalty. Culinary tourism is one of the effective tools to increase tourism. Tourist satisfaction will be achieved with components of culinary tourism. Tourist satisfaction even though insufficient category, it will be able to increase loyalty.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan BUMN di kota Padang (2) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan padaperusahaan BUMN di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei terhadap 30 kantor cabang BUMN di Kota Padang. Responden dalam peneltian ini yaitu manajer divisi. Jumlah responden yaitu 67 orang. Keseluruhan anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel (total sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karywan pada perusahaan BUMN di kota Padang (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan BUMN di kota Padang. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperluas daerah penelitian, atau dengan melakukan perubahan sampel penelitian.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh people terhadap kepuasan atas pelayanan pada RS Siti Rahmah, 2) pengaruh process terhadap kepuasan atas pelayanan pada RS Siti Rahmah, 3) pengaruh physical evidence terhadap kepuasan atas pelayanan pada RS Siti Rahmah. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien atau pengunjung RS Siti Rahmah. Penetapan jumlah sampel ditetapkan oleh peneliti sebanyak 60 responden, penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert dan analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif antara people terhadap kepuasan atas pelayanan pada RS Siti Rahmah. Peneliti menyarankan agar RS Siti rahmah meningkatkan pelayanan berupa peningkatan tenaga medis agar dapat menciptakan kepuasan atas pelayanan pada RS Siti Rahmah.

This study aims to determine the effect of Audit Tenure, Audit Committee and Auditor Reputation on Audit Quality with Profitability as a Moderation variable. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. In determining the sample using purposive sampling method.The data used are secondary data and the method of analysis used is logistic regression analysis.The results showed that partially Audit Rotation has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality with a significant value of 0,012. Partially the Audit Tenure has a positive and insignificant effect on Audit Quality with a significant value of 0,346. Partially Auditor Reputation has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality with a significant value of 0,028. Partially Audit Rotation has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality with Profitability as a moderating variable with a insignificant value of 0,655. Partially the Audit Tenure has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality with Profitability as a moderating variable with a insignificant value of 0,720. Partially, Auditor Reputation has a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality with Profitability as a moderating variable with a significant value of 0,000. Simultaneously the Audit Tenure, Audit Committee and Auditor Reputation have a positive and significant effect on Audit Quality with profitability as a moderating variable with a significant value of 0,003.

This research aims to discover the effect of 1) Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock price 2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to stock price 3) Return to Equity Ratio (ROE) to stock price. The research population is manufacturing company of food and beverage sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples are drawn by purposive sampling method. The total sample in this research is 14 companies. The data sourced is secondary data. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The results showed 1) Earning per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock price 2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock price 3) Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices
