The research aims to discover the effect of macroeconomic factors, energy consumption and fundamental analysis on stock return of mining and energy sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018 period. The population in this study firms in the mining and energy sector. The total population is 43 firms. 37 firms were selected as samples A total of the population was determined as samples by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used panel data regression analysis by SPSS program. The result shows: (1) Inflation has a significant effect on stock return (2) Interest rate has a significant effect on stock return (3) exchange rate has a significant effect on stock return (4) energy consumption has a significant effect on stock return (5) current ratio has no significant effect on stock return (6) debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock return (7) return on equity has a significant effect on stock return (8) earning per share has a significant effect on stock return.
This study aims to determine the effect of capital intensity, company characteristics, and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance with leverage as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. The number of samples used was 82 companies. The method of analysis of this study is multiple linear regression using eviews 9. The results showed that the intensity of capital had a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance, the company's characteristics had a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance, the disclosure of corporate social responsibility had a positive effect and not significant impact on tax avoidance. Leverage is able to moderate the influence of capital intensity on tax avoidance, leverage is able to moderate the effect of corporate characteristics on tax avoidance while leverage is not a variable that is able to moderate the disclosure effect of corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance. Finally, the authors suggest that tax avoidance considerations can be used other than those used by researchers. For the calculation of capital intensity, company characteristics, and disclosure of CSR can use other proxy proxies other than those used by researchers. And for the next researcher, it is expected to be able to add variables related to the variables affected, and extend the research period.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of multiple directorships, tenure, and age of board of directors on corporate value. Multiple directorships, tenure, and age were used as independent variables, and corporate value became the dependent variable. Two variables were used as control, which was company growth and leverage. This study used secondary data obtained from Annual Reports between 2011 and 2017. The samples involved 266 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and the results showed that multiple directorship had negative and significant effect on corporate value. Basically, the tenure, age of directors and company growth did not have significant effect on corporate value as opposed to its leverage.
Penelitian ini berusaha menemukan gambaran tentan pola pergaulan siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Curup, Bengkulu dengan teman sabayanya, apakah teman sebaya tersebut memiliki peran dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa. Pertanyaan tersebut akan dijawab melalui penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sebagai subyek sekaligus informan penelitian ini adalah, kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Curup. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara, kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Miles dkk yaitu, reduksi data, penyajikan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini memperoleh simpulan bahwa peran teman sebaya bagi pembentukan akhlak siswa terlihat pada kecendrungan anak memilih teman bermain di sekolah, jika mereka lebih memilih teman baik maka mereka akan mengikuti perilaku temannya tersebut dan sebaliknya. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah mengatasi siswa yang kurang baik akhlaknya antara lain guru melakukan konsolidasi baik kepada guru BK wali kelas maupun wali siswa agar dapat bersinergi mengatasi persoalan tersebut.
ABSTRAK. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat terkait dengan jiwa kewirausahaan (enterpreneurship) yang perlu ditumbuhkembangkan kepada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penting dilakukan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) Sekolah guna memecahkan masalah tersebut. Target (secara khusus) dari program ini adalah memberikan solusi melalui sosialisasi beserta pelatihan (workshop) kewirausahaan bagi peserta didik untuk memberdayakan koperasi sekolah sebagai sarana berwirausaha bagi peserta didik itu sendiri. Tujuan dengan adanya program ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan kepada peserta didik, mengedukasi dan melatih peserta didik dalam berwirausaha agar mereka ulet, pantang menyerah, dan cerdas dalam memanfaatkan peluang yang ada untuk berwirausaha, menghidupkan koperasi sekolah dengan mengedukasi peserta didik tentang kewirausahaan, mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan, bukan hanya dari sisi materil, namun kesejahteraan pola pikir kreatif, inovatif dan mandiri. Hasil dari program ini antara lain, yaitu koperasi sekolah yang semakin berkembang, membentuk jaringan pelajar enterpreneur sebagai wadah dan jaringan peserta didik yang berwirausaha bukan pada satu sekolah saja melainkan lintas sekolah dengan memanfaatkan sarana yang ada di sekolah-sekolah. ABSTRACT.Problems faced by SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang, West Sumatra are related to entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneurship) that needs to be developed for students. Therefore, it is important to do the School Community Partnership Program (PKM) to solve this problem. The target (specifically) of this program is to provide solutions through socialization along with entrepreneurship training (workshops) for students to empower school cooperatives as a means of entrepreneurship for students themselves. The purpose of this program is to provide students with an understanding of entrepreneurship, educate and train students in entrepreneurship so that they are resilient, never give up, and smart in utilizing the opportunities available for entrepreneurship, reviving school cooperatives by educating students about entrepreneurship, being able to improve welfare, not only in material terms, but the welfare of creative, innovative and independent mindsets. The results of this program, among others, are school cooperatives that are growing, forming a network of entrepreneurial students as a container and a network of students who are entrepreneurs not in just one school but across schools by utilizing existing facilities in schools.
