In this article we have examined main theoretical approaches to time-management and practice of its development in education. Authors have demonstrated the need to focusing on theory and practice of time-management in Russia considering quickly-changing processes in the world and deficit of time. The various methodologies of time-management including tools, technics and methods were analyzed. Authors have showed stages of practical appliance of self-management. We have presented results of research about the role of student in time-management to improve the efficiency of educational process. The data, fixing amount of time that students spend on accomplishing different tasks, personal records, time of rest, analyzing statistical data were collecting by using timing. Analysis let us to define the structure of student`s life to expose priorities, the most important, effortful and time-consuming tasks (using the tool of pair comparison). Pair comparison made it possible to compare and follow the way of changes in the structure of time management of students, based on instructive conclusions from the analysis of the first week of studies. Using polls we exposed the opinions of students about their health, dynamics of changes, negatively impacting factors etc. During research we have found the ways student waste their time, we have designed methods to overcome procrastination, we have developed ways to study using personal syllabus, video projects. The transition from a semi-digital to digital society depends on the nature of work with information, and the speed and quality of digitalization largely depend on Generation Z. The purpose of the article is to identify and evaluate Gen Z’s views in Russia and Slovakia on the search and assessment of information in a semi-digital society. The empirical research methods are a questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews, and a focus group. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, they were conducted remotely. The study reveals that the views of the Slovak and Russian Generation Z are similar in terms of searching and speeding up the acquisition of information and especially in the high assessment of their capabilities in information search and low confidence in advertising campaigns. The Slovak Gen Z is informationally mature and, at the same time, Internet-dependent. A difference in the perception of AI in Russian and Slovak Gen Z is identified. The results can be used to improve youth policies and provide information to society in the transition to fully digital life.
Abstract: The article describes the nature of the use of natural and artificial intelligence in the talent management system in the Moscow Region. The extent of using talent management technology, the tools, the ratio of demand for natural and artificial intelligence in talent management, and the level of employee confidence in man (robot) in management are analyzed. It is revealed and substantiated that personnel management services and the management of companies do not effectively use natural intelligence in the framework of the talent management system, relying on chance and a typical approach. Ambiguity in the assessment of artificial intelligence by both employees and company management was revealed. Increased use and fears of the negative impact of artificial intelligence become opposing factors in talent management. It is proposed to quickly implement advanced technologies based on artificial intelligence, with no harm to the human and his potential. It is also proposed to constantly keep in focus the risks of intercepting initiatives in the management of artificial intelligence and the crowding out of a person from the labor market. The main advantage of the article is an integrated approach to the study of the pattern of using natural and artificial intelligence in the talent management system. The authors considered the issue of identifying the ratio of artificial and natural intelligence in talent management for the first time. The results can serve as a basis for further research in the system of human resource management, as well as good support for making management decisions in the implementation of artificial intelligence in business processes and organization management.
In recent years, the number of online courses known as massive open online courses (MOOC) has increased significantly. Such courses are available on online providers’ sites, such as edX and Coursera. As a result, there is a notable reduction of clarity in terms of various course offerings, and this causes a need to change the MOOC description schemes to help inform potential applicants. The article is aimed at identifying the capabilities of customer-oriented MOOC aggregators and the prospects for their further improvement. The article presents approaches to the concept of customer focus, based on which the definition of a customer-oriented aggregator is formulated. The article analyses course descriptions used by MOOC providers and aggregators for their potential students. Based on this analysis, the authors develop a set of categories describing MOOC, used for the creation of a new MOOC description according to the customer-oriented criteria. The authors conclude that the optimal descriptive MOOC scheme on the MOOC aggregator should satisfy both the academic environment and the customer-oriented criteria that correspond to students’ interests when choosing a MOOC.

the purpose of the article was to identify the nature of the impact of the pandemic on the quality of education at a university using distance learning and artificial intelligence. The research methodology was based on a complex of general scientific and special methods. The data obtained during the survey and in-depth interviews were summarized and analyzed in a focus group. Stable connections and tendencies in the change in the quality of teaching at the university are revealed. Traps for students are attributed to stable connections: lack of a valid system of control over the authorship of completed works; the possibility of unauthorized use of various electronic sources when responding; coronavirus quarantine leads to the erasure of students’ boundaries between study and life, personal space and social environment; an increase in students’ desire to have high grades in subjects with a decrease in interest in learning. Trends: increased workload on teachers and supporting (technical) personnel; growing dissatisfaction with distance learning; reduction of responsibility on the part of students for mastering knowledge in the course of distance learning.
The present article is focused on a general analysis of labor relations in a modern university, as well as on the study of some specific characteristics of these relations. In recent decades, economic policy in higher education has changed significantly in different countries of the world. The goal of the study is to analyze modern approaches to regulating the labor status of a university teacher and its elements. The authors investigate the history of the transformations of higher education since the 1990s which resulted in higher education turning from the sphere of human capital production into an independent branch of the service sector. The article shows that, as a result of the higher education system reforms, changes in university management, the system of labor relations, and the socio-economic status of university teachers are taking place. Various university management models are explored. It is demonstrated that in the modern setting, internal control is replaced by external control, academic freedom is pushed aside by administration, and academic standards are modified and replaced by formal rules. These reforms are accompanied by major changes in labor relations and the role of management and teaching staff in universities. Various examples of the construction of labor relations with teachers adopted in different countries are studied. Close attention is paid to approaches to stimulating teaching activities. In the light of the current difficult situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the problems of labor relations aggravated with the transition to distance and blended learning are considered. The drawbacks preventing a higher quality of higher education in Russia are identified. Proposals for improving the regulation of labor relations in the field of higher education aimed at improving its quality are presented.
