Communication is born as a response of the human being to interact with other people in companies to motivate human resource and obtain the expected results and work with the best workers in an increasingly competitive market; internal communication plays an important role in improving the working environment and an excellent performance of workers. The constant change brought about by world globalization, forces organizations to apply methods that organize the means to lead the company to obtain better performance and make full use of all its resources; without it, it is created an environment of instability and uncertainty among its members. Business communication can be seen as a strategic tool in relation to the organization with the environment and interaction with the staff, showing the results expected by the company analyses by empirical data. The research is developed through a descriptive and empirical methodology to identify through surveys to workers from different companies, the current problems presented by organizations in internal communication; thus establishing the consequences of poor organizational communication; finding the real problems that affect the companies of the Colombian industry and of the world, to find possible solutions.
RESUMENEn la actualidad muchas pequeñas organizaciones en el siglo XXI fracasan debido a la falta de implementación de una planeación estratégica y a la inexistencia de un plan de negocios que les permita trazar las vías para alcanzar cada uno de sus objetivos y metas. Esta situación resulta bastante preocupante ya que, debido a esto son muchas las organizaciones que cesan sus actividades y ABSTRACT Actually many small businesses are currently failing in the century 21rst because of the lack of implementation of strategic planning and the lack of a business plan that allows them to chart the ways to achieve each of their goals and objectives. This situation is very worrying, because many companies cease their activities and end up going bankrupt damaging the economy and slowing down national development (century 21rst). It is for this reason that this research proposes to show the importance of the development of strategic planning in companies and the implementation of an adequate business plan that provides stability and success in their activities, reducing the risk generated by the current markets. These markets are becoming more competitive, demanding and aggressive. Only the companies that are better structured will be able to compete and grow, solidify their bases and position themselves in the markets. The research is done under the method of reflective research. Objective: The objective of this research is intended to raise awareness among micro-entrepreneurs, students and society in general about the importance of microenterprises in their economic activity. Method: In order to fulfill the general objective of the study, an exploratory research with data has been applied, with information gathered in a time span involving data collected in conjunction with the direct problems that this contract has with the Colombian society. The study was carried out with a sample of 100 micro enterprises and the informal sector in the research located in Cali (Colombia); the instrument for collecting information on informal micro-enterprises was made through surveys, the study was performed in order to obtain real, measurable and attainable data, resulting in a descriptive analysis using the corresponding variables in the research. Results and Discussion: The study showed that a negative correlation was obtained given that there are a number of microenterprises not legally constituted and, therefore, it was found that these belong to the group of family businesses, which makes it clear that the salary variable is not defined by its business variability.Companies will have greater capacity for goods and services and will eradicate informal enterprises, thus the government will obtain higher taxes, but without abusing them, since if taxes are high, it will lead the companies to evade and are not formalized legally. The financial sector should be more competent to the new micro-entrepreneurs, given that being new to the business system; they require greater support through financial resources and government entities. Conclusion: The environment variable of the informal sector concludes that the phenomenon of informality in the country is predisposed to education levels with the purpose of managing unproductive assets under a formal education managed from the management positions. It is necessary and of vital importance that the State takes measures and solutions relevant to the motivation to include the informal sector within the formal sector.
RESUMENEl artículo estudia y analiza la gestión del networking empresarial y la creación de clústeres virtuales de empresas. El propósito principal de la investigación, es indagar acerca de la posibilidad de crear una plataforma de clúster virtual innovador; que pueda ser visto como una innovación práctica que fomente el crecimiento económico, a partir de lo local, mejorando la competitividad empresarial.
The main objective of this research is to identify the influence of the productivity and competitiveness level of Colombian firms in the development of Asian market. The approach used was through descriptive and empirical analysis, with respect to measured variables, which helps the understanding of what firms require the skills of productivity. As a result of this article, a need was obtained at the corporate and governmental level, that production line should have a change to the know-how (macro), which is a necessity for international business success. The research allows to conclude aspects relevant to business activities, where the correlation of strengthening firms-government-university, is producing a negative effect, and through the psycho-entrepreneurial acquisition.
It has been argued that the Chinese market is a potential consumer of overseas products, and several documents identify the opportunities and risks that the Chinese market also represents. Nevertheless, on one hand, it Commercial Cluster Integration Initiative would create more opportunities for Latin American economies (review the formula that clarifies how the Chinese market operates their strategic prices, Chapter 1, Prices Equation) to follow up as example.On other hand, the CELAC could benefit from more opportunities with the Chinese internal market and at the same time these countries would increase their economies. In this way, LAC-Latin American Countries could reduce its unemployment rate. This study will look at the feasibility of a Commercial Cluster Platform CCP-Commercial Cluster Platform between LAC countries to work freely at internal Chinese market. The formulated research question will explore the various advantages and measures to manage SEN-Strategic Enterprise Networking.This dissertation evaluates the possibility of management LACI-Latin American Commercial Integration; to reach a common free agreement as part of the Chinese approach to new preferential trade agreements characterized by the term competitive liberalization. It bases on the idea that competition among large countries (US/EU) in negotiating preferential arrangements with smaller countries or regions will lower barriers, and eventually add fresh impulse to new multilateral WTO negotiations.
El objetivo principal de esta investigación es identificar la influencia que ejerce el nivel formativo de los empresarios en el desarrollo de las negociaciones a nivel internacional; el enfoque que se utilizó fue a través del análisis descriptivo y empírico; bajo metodología exploratoria, respecto a las variables medidas, lo cual ayudó al entendimiento de lo que requieren las empresas a través de las habilidades de los egresados universitarios. Como resultado de esta investigación se obtuvo una necesidad a nivel empresarial y gubernamental, evidenciando que la formación universitaria deberá tener un cambio ante el saber-hacer (macro), lo cual es una necesidad para el éxito empresarial a nivel internacional. La investigación permite concluir aspectos relevantes ante actividades empresariales, donde la correlación de fortalecimiento empresa-gobierno-universidad, está produciendo un efecto negativo, y mediante la obtención psicoempresarial, bajo el análisis de resultados obtenidos mediante los datos recolectados en la investigación.
