Esse estudo trouxe como objetivo relatar os problemas e as facilidades vivenciadas pelos profissionais da estratégia saúde da família na implementação do e-SUS Atenção Básica. Trata-se de um relato de experiência acerca da utilização das fichas de Coleta de Dados Simplificada, descrito sob a perspectiva de enfermeiras. Observou-se como problemas: insegurança com a utilização das novas fichas, falta de orientação para o preenchimento adequado, dificuldades em atender os usuários por meio do cartão do SUS; facilidades: redução da quantidade de dados a serem coletados, integração das informações, etc. Com isso, considera-se que o novo sistema trouxe importantes mudanças para o processo de trabalho da Estratégia Saúde da Família, principalmente no que se refere a diminuição da sobrecarga de trabalho burocrático para o enfermeiro, porém, esse novo processo de coleta de dados ainda precisa ser melhor ajustado à realidade local, e para isso se faz necessário que os profissionais sejam escutados pela gestão, expondo suas opiniões e ideias, para que assim se consiga chegar no ideal, trabalhando em equipe.

Objective: Report experience of male person on a Doulas-training course, whose historical dominance is female people and the training scenario is unique to this genre. Methods:Qualitative and descriptive study, reporting the experience in a Training Course for Doulas held in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, in June 2015. The results characterize the course, followed by the experienced living. The analysis was funded by the literature on the subject. Results:The experience showed that the process of working as doula must be delimited by an understanding beyond sexism and from exploitation for it. Conclusion:It is noteworthy that care as an archetype should not be associated with the gender division of activities in the ideological process of the rite of passage transcribed in a training course, neither in the care of women.

Objective: Evaluating the quality of life of the elderly living with HIV/ AIDS through HAT_QoL; and characterizing the population in terms of sociodemographic and clinical data.Methods: Cross-sectional study conducted in a specialized service clinic in the care of people living with HIV/AIDS in Paraiba. The sample was consisted by 30 people over the 60 years old living with HIV/AIDS. Data collection was conducted in July 2014 by the HAT-QoL form. Data were tabulated on an electronic spreadsheet, using the double entry technique and then analyzed through the software Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 22.0.Results: Most of the population is male, single, between the ages of 60 and 63 years, low income and education, acquired HIV/AIDS through heterosexual contact, the quality of life was considered "good" or "very good" according to domains analyzed; observed commitment regarding the domains "sigils", "financial concern" and "sexual activity".

Objective: This is an integrative review of the literature that aimed to characterize the scientific production of the last ten years of management and management of nursing care in primary care and describe the practice of this management. The search of the material took place in May and June 2014 in the databases SCIE-LO, LACHC and MEDLINE NDB considering the terms: Management; care management; Health Management; Nursing and Primary Health Care, so that 16 articles were included in the sample selected. The characterization of the studies pointed out the year 2010 with the largest quantity of sample publications; the Cuban Journal of Enfermería was the one that got more than one publication; 10 studies are presented in Portuguese, three in English and three in Spanish. Three themes were highlighted for discussion: management practice and management of nursing care in Primary Care; Skills and nursing skills; and Challenges faced. We emphasize the importance of managerial activities of the nursing organization and qualification of care and transformation of health in primary care, demonstrating is necessary to build quality indicators; democratization of organizational behavior; systematization of assistance; best training and continuing education of professionals.

Objetivo: compreender como as tecnologias da informação e comunicação influenciam o processo de tomada de decisão de enfermeiros gestores em um hospital universitário. Método: trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, descritivo, realizado com nove enfermeiros gestores das unidades assistenciais de um hospital de ensino, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada. Submeteram-se os dados à Análise de Conteúdo Temática. Resultados: informa-se que emergiram duas categorias, “Descrevendo o uso do AGHU” e “Sugestões de melhorias para o uso do AGHU”, e os gestores demonstraram possuir pouca qualificação no uso de Sistemas de Informação, apresentaram dificuldades quanto à implantação do sistema utilizado e acesso à internet. Conclusão: conclui-se que o sistema AGHU, da forma como se encontra estruturado, não está sendo utilizado de maneira coesa, tendo repercussão negativa na qualidade dos serviços prestados à gestão de saúde.

Registros de araneísmo no nordeste do Brasil são escassos e, possivelmente, subestimam a verdadeira situação de risco. Objetivo: analisar o perfil clínico-epidemiológico do araneísmo no período de 2005 a 2013 notificados no Centro de Assistência Toxicológica da Paraíba. Materiais e métodos: estudo descritivo com dados coletados no banco de dados do Centro de Assistência Toxicológica da Paraíba e em suas fichas de notificação dos acidentes. Resultados: Ocorreram 484 notificações de acidentes com aranhas, nos quais dos 202 casos com identificação de gênero, prevaleceu os acidentes com caranguejeira (57,9%) e Loxosceles (33,2%). Quanto à sazonalidade, os meses com maior número de ocorrências foram agosto, março, janeiro e junho, respectivamente. A maioria dos acidentes ocorreu em zona urbana; o sexo feminino e a faixa etária entre os 21 aos 30 anos foram os mais acometidos; e os membros superiores e os inferiores foram os locais mais atingidos. As principais manifestações clínicas foram dor, eritema, edema e prurido. Conclusão: Os resultados indicam que a prevalência do araneísmo pode apresentar relação com o urbanismo, não ocorreu predominância de casos graves. DESCRITORES: Aranhas. Animais Peçonhentos. Introduction: in the UHS, the Family Health Strategy, considered by the Ministry of Health as the elderly users' gateway, is designed to reorient the health care of the population, promoting the quality of life. Objective: recognizing the social representations built by the elderly and health professionals about the activities offered to seniors in Primary Health Care Health Care. Method: An exploratory study of a qualitative approach based on Theoretical contribution of Social representations in its dimensional approach conducted with 257 elderly and 249 professionals in the Family Health Units in the city of João Pessoa/Paraíba/Brazil. The collected data were processed with the SPSS 20.0 software and iramuteq 0.6 alpha 3.
