Tingkat kelulusan sangat penting dalam proses akreditasi untuk meningkat kualitas suatu perguruan tinggi. Lulusnya seorang mahasiswa dinyatakan apabila dapat menyelesaikan masa studi pendidikan, dan diukur dari nilai IPK mahasiswa agar dapat memudahkan proses penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa dan memantau hasil belajar dengan melihat aktivitas kuliah mahasiswa, agar mahasiswa tersebut dapat dinyatakan lulus tepat waktu atau tidak. Data Clustering merupakan salah satu metode Data Mining yang bersifat tanpa arahan (unsupervised). Ada dua jenis data clustering yang sering dipergunakan dalam proses pengelompokan data yaitu hierarchical (hirarki) data clustering dan non-hierarchical (non hirarki) data clustering. K-Means merupakan salah satu metode clustering/pengelompokan non hirarki. Teknik pengelompkan datanya sederhana dan cepat, adapun beberapa kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengelompokan yaitu IPK, Presesnsi, Organisasi Kampus, Tanggungan Biaya Kuliah, Pekerjaan dan Status sebagai parameter atau alat ukur untuk memudahkan dalam mengelompokan mahasiswa, hal tersebut bertujuan untuk melihat hasil perkembangan mahasiswa apakah dapat lulus tepat waktu atau tidak. Manfaat penelitian ini memudahkan program studi dalam mengawasi dan mengevaluasi perkembangan studi mahasiswa.

The study aimed to obtain the type of mulch and the doses of liquid organic fertilizer proper waste coconut husks in modifying microclimate around crops to obtain the maximum yield of shallot in the dryland. The research was used a factorial randomized complete block design consisting of two factors. The first factor consisting mulches, M1 = silver-black plastic mulch and M2 = straw mulch. The dose of liquid organic fertilizer from coconut husks was the second factor. It is consisting of S0 = without fertilizer, S1 = 500 L ha-1, S2 = 750 L ha-1 and S3 = 1000 L ha-1. The results showed that the application of a combination of mulch and liquid organic fertilizer coconut husk waste significantly affected plant height, number of leaves per plant, number of tillers, and the bulb yield. Straw mulch with coconut husks waste dose of 1000 L ha-1 resulted in plant height, number of leaves per plant, number of tillers and highest bulb yield compared with other treatments. The highest bulb yield was obtained with 9.63 t ha-1.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis teks berita pada media online Kompas.com dan Detik.com yang mengangkat isu kekerasan seksual terhadap anak periode terbit Juli 2020. Selain itu penelitian ini membandingkan bingkai berita di dua media untuk menunjukan kecenderungan media dalam pemberitaannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan metode pengolahan data analisis framing, yaitu suatu pendekatan untuk mengetahui kenyataan yang ada yang dibangun serta dibentuk oleh media. Teknik analisis framing menggunakan model Entman. Model ini didasari pada penyeleksian dan penonjolan isu yaitu Problem Identification, Causal Interpretation, Moral Judgment, serta terakhir adalah Treatment Recommendation. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kompas.com melindungi korban dengan tidak memberikan ruang lebih untuk pelaku membela diri pada publik melalui media. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada konten beritanya memuat banyak komentar dari pihak kepolisian bahkan tidak mengutip satupun keterangan pelaku. Sementara Detik.com pada beberapa beritanya memuat komentar atau kutipan wawancara pelaku. Hal ini memberikan gambaran kepada pembaca bahwa Detik.com cenderung memberikan ruang kepada pelaku yang menceritakan kejadian berdasarkan sudut pandang pelaku.

Data security is an important thing that must be done in the cyber era. The use of various kinds of digital technology in helping various human activities needs to be balanced with adequate data security. One of the ways that can be used in securing data is through cryptography. Atbash cipher is one of the cryptographic techniques used in securing data. However, this algorithm has a weakness because it only uses the process of reversing the position of the characters to be secured. This study proposes a cryptographic model that can maximize data security from the atbash cipher. The proposed model is a combination of the atbash cipher with the autokey cipher. The tests carried out on the proposed model have a 100% success rate, meaning that the encrypted message resulting from the proposed encryption process has been successfully restored to its original form through the proposed decryption process. The results of this study indicate that the atbash cipher cryptographic algorithm, combined with the autokey cipher algorithm can produce an encrypted message that is more difficult to crack.

Background: Nutrition problem is a public health problem that the prevention can not be done with medical approach and health service only. Nutrition problem in addition is a syndrome of poverty that closely related to the problem of food security at the household level also concerns aspects of knowledge and behavior that are less supportive of lifestyle. Puskesmas Bulurokeng Makassar City in 2016, reported that there are 45 children under five suffering from malnutrition in Bulurokeng urban village.Objectives: The purpose of community service is to assess the change of body weight (TB), height (TB) and nutritional status of children under five in the education and giving of kelor leaf meal on the daily diet of children under five in Bulurokeng Urban Village in 2016. Number of children target infants as many as 29 children, intervention carried out for 1 month.Results: The number of cadres who participated in education as many as 5 people and 29 mothers who have a toddler. But at the end of the intervention, as many as 25 children under five could be collected for analysis. Kelor flour in children under five showed significant difference of weight gain (p = 0,001), but there was no difference in height change (p = 0,41) before and after intervention. The nutritional status of children under five does not change based on body weight index by age (BB / U), height by age (TB / U) and body weight by height (BB / TB).Conclusions: It takes about 3 months of moringa flour intervention on the child's food menu, in order to appear a significant change in nutritional status in children under five.Keyword: Moringa leaf flour, nutritional status.

The potential of agricultural and livestock resources in Pombewe Village is quite available but not yet optimally utilized by the community. Agricultural land is still largely abandoned and livestock are still left to graze themselves. The problem faced by the community is the lack of skills on how to improve agricultural products. This community empowerment program aims to assist the community in applying the integration of zero waste agriculture techniques. The method applied is community development with activities in the form of counseling, training, demonstration plots and mentoring with output targets is to increase the community's insight, knowledge and skills. The results achieved were an increase in community knowledge and skills characterized by the ability of the community to use agricultural and livestock waste to be economically valuable by making liquid organic fertilizer, compost, and can cultivate forage grass as animal feed

Reward dan Punishment sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan adanya penelitian kinerja untuk pemberian reward dan punishment akan membuat seseorang karyawan lebih disiplin terhadap waktu serta pertanggung jawab dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Bank BRI Tarakan adalah salah satu Cabang Bank BRI yang ada di Indonesia, Bank BRI Tarakan setiap triwulan memberikan reward dan punishment kepada karyawan Front liner dan Back Office dalam memberikan kontribusi. Saat ini dalam menentukan keputusan pemberian reward dan punishment masih menggunakan Microsoft office excel dan masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam proses penilaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode additive ratio assessment (ARAS) untuk ranking atau pengambilan keputusan karyawan yang mendapat reward dan mendapatkan punishment. Data yang digunakan sebanyak data 50 karyawan dengan 4 kriteria presensi bobot 20%, cross selling 40%, produk knowledge 10% stand layanan 30%. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan metode additive ratio assessment (ARAS) yaitu terdapat 3 karyawan yang akan mendapat reward berdasarkan 3 nilai tertinggi dan 3 karyawan yang mendapat punishment dari 3 nilai terendah selain itu tidak mendapatkan reward dan punishment.
