This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership (TL) and knowledge management (KM) on employee performance (EP) through work motivation (WM) at construction companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. The data was collected from construction firms that have grade high qualification in Jakarta, Indonesia. A sample of 138 companies representatives was drawn from 138 construction firms in Jakarta. The structural equation modelling – partial least squares (SEM-PLS) was used to test the proposed hypothesizes. TL has a significant effect on EP through WM. KM has a significant effect on EP through WM. The relevance of the research stems from the context of a major city in Jakarta, Indonesia. Furthermore, this research is one of the initial attempts to investigate EP by considering TL and KM and its applicability to Jakarta construction firms.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix and consumer behavior after COVID-19, both partially and simultaneously, on impulse buying decisions at the Miniso Mall Ciputra Jakarta Branch. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely research that describes the characteristics of an actual situation. The results of this study state that the partial test can be concluded that the marketing mix (marketing mix) partially has a significant effect on impulsive buying decisions, and consumer behavior after Covid 19 partially also has a significant effect on impulse buying decisions by consumers at Miniso Mall Ciputra Branch Jakarta, simultaneous test results, it can be concluded that simultaneously, namely the marketing mix (marketing mix), and consumer behavior after Covid 19 jointly have a significant effect on impulse buying decisions by consumers at Miniso Mall Ciputra Jakarta Branch, analysis results determination found that the role of the marketing mix (marketing mix) and consumer behavior after covid 19 contributed 51.3% to impulse buying decisions by consumers at Miniso Mall Ciputra Jakarta Branch and the remaining 48.7% was influenced by factors another factor that not careful writer, for example price, service, business competition, and quality of human resources.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap kreativitas karyawan melalui pemberdayaan psikologis dan keselamatan psikologis. Data diambil dari sektor konstruksi di Jakarta sebanyak 315 responden yang tergabung dalam Gapensi Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan SmartPLS versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan kewirausahaan positif terkait dengan kreativitas karyawan. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis dan keselamatan psikologis memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas karyawan.
Setiap perusahaan perlu adanya pengendalian intern dalam membantu manajemen untuk menjaga aset perusahaan. Semua bidang dalam perusahaan membutuhkan pengedalian intern, salah satu yang penting yaitu pengendalian internal kas. Pengendalian intern terhadap kas Pada PT Kahoindah Citragarment yaitu pengendalian terhadap penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT Kahoindah Citragarment serta mengetahui pengendalian internal kas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengdeskripsikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dalam mendukung pengendalian internal kas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang telah diterapkan PT Kahoindah Citragarment masih belum efektif karena masih terdapat perbedaan dengan teori Mulyadai yaitu adanya perangkapan tugas dilakukan oleh bagian kasir, yaitu pencatatan penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas menggunakan kas kecil tidak ada pemisah antara fungsi finance dan fungsi accounting.
The purpose of this study was to study the effect of product development and price on sales volume at PT Aria Cipta Perkasa. This type of research is field research. The data used is secondary data. Secondary data were obtained based on sales record and documented evidence. In this study the sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. From the data processing results are obtained a linear linear regression with the equation Y = 224,668 + 43,385X1 - 1,779X2. The impact of product development and price on sales volume was 80.7%. Based on the results of the product development t-test 0.011 < 0.05 is significant, meaning that the product development variable is significantly affecting the sales volume. The value variable has a value proportionality of 0.074> 0.05 which is not significant, meaning that the price variable has no significant relationship with sales volume. The results of the F-test indicate that the probability of 0.003 <0.05 means that product development and price are simultaneous or jointly influenced by sales volume in PT Aria Cipta Perkasa.
