This study aims to test the use of a causalitic-learning model to encourage problemsolving and creative thinking skills. This study used a non-equivalent control group design. The population was students of class X Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MNS), Public Senior High School (PSHS) 3, the academic year 2018/2019, Mataram, Indonesia. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique and obtained by X-MNS-4 class students (33 students, 13 male, 20 female) as the experimental class and X-MNS-5 class students (28 students, 12 male, 16 female) as the control class. The data were taken using essay test questions and analysed using the MANOVA test but previously carried out the Lavene test and the Box’s M test (with the help of the SPSS version 23 application). The results of statistical analysis, with a significance level of 0.05, the null hypothesis on both research hypotheses were rejected. The conclusion is that the implementation of the causalitic-model in physics learning on the subject of momentum and impulse affects the improvement of students’ problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. Insights on innovation through technology integration, multi-answer phenomenon-based learning to promote creative thinking is also discussed. The implication is important for physics learning which emphasises conceptual understanding.
This study aims to determine the pattern of empowerment of DSA (Desa Sejahtera Astra) in providing training, facilities and infrastructure, and marketing of coffee products in Muncar Village, Gemawang District, Temanggung Regency. This research was conducted from 1 to 31 July 2022. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The sampling method is done by census or total sampling, which is a sampling technique with all members of the population being sampled. Respondents in this study amounted to 23 people. The results showed that the empowerment carried out by DSA in providing training included training in the use of post-harvest processing equipment and training in packaging coffee products; provision of facilities and infrastructure in the form of post-harvest processing equipment such as: coffee skin peeler, grinding machine, roasting machine, sealer machine, all of which are placed in a yield processing unit (UPH); and marketing training through Tourism Villages.
Setiap perusahaan perlu adanya pengendalian intern dalam membantu manajemen untuk menjaga aset perusahaan. Semua bidang dalam perusahaan membutuhkan pengedalian intern, salah satu yang penting yaitu pengendalian internal kas. Pengendalian intern terhadap kas Pada PT Kahoindah Citragarment yaitu pengendalian terhadap penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT Kahoindah Citragarment serta mengetahui pengendalian internal kas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengdeskripsikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dalam mendukung pengendalian internal kas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang telah diterapkan PT Kahoindah Citragarment masih belum efektif karena masih terdapat perbedaan dengan teori Mulyadai yaitu adanya perangkapan tugas dilakukan oleh bagian kasir, yaitu pencatatan penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas menggunakan kas kecil tidak ada pemisah antara fungsi finance dan fungsi accounting.
Abstrak-Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran diskusi kelas tipe beach ball terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 7 Prabumulih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen atau eksperimental pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menunujukkan bahwa t hitung 5,277 > t tabel 1,999, sehingga berdasarkan kriteria H o ditolak dan H a diterima. Berarti ada pengaruh model pembelajaran diskusi kelas tipe beach ball terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 7
