In Indonesia, the strategy of collecting zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh (ZIS) continues, one of which is through digital collection through the use of a crowdfunding platform. However, the community's intention or intention to distribute zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh through the crowdfunding platform has decreased based on the percentage of raising. The purpose of this study is to test the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Trust (Trust) by analyzing what factors influence the intention of the Indonesian people to distribute ZIS through the use of a crowdfunding platform. The population in this study are people who have used digital payment platforms with a sample size of 385 respondents. This study uses data analysis techniques with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that individuals believe that crowdfunding platforms are very easy to use and learn. On the other hand, individuals have high confidence in the crowdfunding platform and have a high perception of usability for the crowdfunding platform. The individual intensity is very high for using the crowdfunding platform. In the SEM-PLS analysis results, it was found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. In addition, perceived ease of use and trust have an indirect effect on behavioral intention. This research is expected to be able to provide benefits in relation to policies to increase behavioral intention to distribute zakat, infaq, and Shodaqoh through the use of crowdfunding platforms.
PurposeThis research aims to examine the role of knowledge sharing (KS) as mediation in the relationship between transactional leadership (TSL) and organizational creativity (OC) among construction workers in Jakarta.Design/methodology/approachThe population in this research was the construction workers working in Jakarta. The sample used in this research consisted of 210 respondents. The validity of the hypothesis model was analyzed using the structural equation modeling–partial least squares (SEM-PLS) approach with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.8.FindingsTSL affects KS and OC. Another most important thing is that KS acts as a partial mediator for the relationship of TSL to OC.Originality/valueOriginality in this research is the use of variable KS to mediate the relationship between TSL and OC in the research conducted in the scope of construction in Jakarta. Other theoretical implications for TSL are added by this research. This research has never been conducted in the construction sector in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence (KE) on innovative work behavior (PI) by examining the mediating role played by tacit knowledge sharing (TKS) among construction workers in Jakarta. A structured survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 210 respondents (representatives of construction firms) located in Jakarta. Hypothesis testing uses SEM-PLS (structural equation modeling - partial least square). Emotional intelligence has a direct positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Tacit knowledge sharing influences innovative work behavior. Tacit knowledge sharing acts as a partial mediator of the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovative work behavior. Keywords: Emotional intelligence, innovative work behavior, tacit knowledge sharing, construction, Jakarta
This research aimed to analyze the influence of transformational leadership (TL) on employee performance (EP) through work motivation (WM) on engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. The data collection of this research was primary and secondary by using structural equation modeling with partial least squares method. The total respondent of this research was 106 who were the employees from selected engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. TL had a significant effect towards EP. TL had a significant effect towards WM. Lastly, TL had a significant effect towards EP through work motivation. Keywords: Transformational leadership, employee performance, work motivation, engineering
This research aimed to indicate the effect of work values of construction employees towards creative performance and to assess the role of mediation about sharing the knowledge among those variables. This research involved 315 respondents from various construction companies in Jakarta for assessing hypothesis research. Knowledge sharing had the role as mediator among comfort and status dimensions from work values towards creative performance. This research provided information about effect of work values towards creative performance from construction industry and confirmed the role of knowledge sharing in mediating work values dimension.
