The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact in all aspects of human life, such as in the health, education, social, economic and banking sectors. To restore the economic and banking sectors, the government through The Financial Services Authority issued Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 Tentang Stimulus Perekonomian Nasional Sebagai Kebijakan Countercyclical Dampak Penyebaran Coronavirus Disease 2019. One of the things described in POJK Number 11 /POJK.03/2020 is the implementation of credit or financing restructuring for debtors who were affected during the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of this credit / financing restructuring has raised concerns about bank liquidity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by describing the phenomena that occur due to the impact of Covid-19 on the global and national economy, Indonesian government policies, and banking. The results showed that during the period March-September 2020 the average Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) in Islamic Commercial Banks showed a value of 79.31% where the highest ratio occurred in July with a ratio level of 81.03% and the lowest ratio occurred in September with a ratio of 77.06%. Under these conditions, in general the level of liquidity of Islamic commercial banks is categorized as healthy or liquid. The average FDR ratio in Sharia Business Units for the period March-September 2020 shows a value of 103.54% where the highest ratio occurred in May with an FDR ratio of 107.20% and the lowest ratio occurred in September with an FDR ratio of 95.87%. Under these conditions, in general the liquidity level of the Sharia Business Unit is categorized as less healthy or less liquid.Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam segala segi kehidupan manusia seperti dalam bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial, ekonomi maupun sektor perbankan. Untuk memulihkan sektor ekonomi dan perbankan, pemerintah melalui Otoritas Jasa Keuangan mengeluarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 Tentang Stimulus Perekonomian Nasional Sebagai Kebijakan Countercyclical Dampak Penyebaran Coronavirus Disease 2019. Salah satu hal yang dijelaskan dalam POJK Nomor 11 /POJK.03/2020 adalah pemberlakuan restrukturisasi kredit atau pembiayaan bagi debitur yang terdampak selama pandemi Covid-19. Pemberlakuan restrukturisasi kredit/pembiayaan ini memunculkan kekhawatiran terhadap likuiditas bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dampak implementasi restrukturisasi pembiayaan terhadap likuiditas bank syariah pada situasi pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi akibat dampak Covid-19 terhadap perekonomian global maupun nasional, kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia, serta perbankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode Maret-September 2020 rata-rata rasio Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR)  pada Bank Umum Syariah menunjukkan nilai 79,31% dimana rasio tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juli dengan tingkat rasio 81,03% dan rasio terendah terjadi pada bulan September dengan tingkat rasio 77,06%. Dengan kondisi tersebut, maka secara umum tingkat likuiditas bank umum syariah dikategorikan sehat atau likuid. Rata-rata rasio FDR pada Unit Usaha Syariah periode Maret-Septemer 2020 menunjukkan nilai 103,54% dimana rasio tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan tingkat rasio FDR 107.20% dan rasio terendah terjadi pada bulan September dengan tingkat rasio FDR 95.87%. Dengan kondisi tersebut, maka secara umum tingkat likuiditas Unit Usaha Syariah dikategorikan kurang sehat atau kurang likuid.

Parenting self-efficacy adalah keyakinan diri orangtua terhadap kompetensinya dalam merawat dan memberikan pengasuhan pada anak yang secara positif memengaruhi perilaku dan perkembangan anak. Konflik pekerjaan-keluarga adalah penilaian terhadap ketidakmampuan ibu bekerja dalam menjalani tuntutan antara peran pekerjaan dan peran keluarga secara bersama-sama sehingga muncul konflik dimana urusan pekerjaan mengganggu keterlibatan dalam peran keluarga dan urusan keluarga mengganggu pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parenting self-efficacy dan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga pada ibu bekerja yang memiliki anak usia sekolah dasar di PT. “X” Cirebon. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 karyawan wanita yang memiliki anak Sekolah Dasar (SD). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Skala Parenting Self-Efficacy (40 aitem, α = 0,957) dan Skala Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga (36 aitem, α = 0,947). Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara parenting self-efficay dan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga pada ibu bekerja di PT. “X” Cirebon (rxy = - 0,472; p<0,05) Parenting self-efficacy memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 22,3% terhadap konflik pekerjaan-keluarga dan 77,7% lainnya ditentukan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak di ukur dalam penelitian ini.

Pandemi Covid-19 mempunyai dampak yang cukup besar pada segala sektor, dan pariwisata halal merupakan sektor yang juga cukup merasakan dampaknya. Penelitian ini menggali potensi upaya pemulihan pariwisata halal dengan pendekatan analisa deskriptif. Menggunakan data terbaru tahun 2020 dan tema yang unik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisa deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penggolahan data diperoleh hasil dari  strategi dengan melakukan Protokol kesehatan berbasis CHSE yaitu Cleanliness (Kebersihan), Health (Kesehatan), Safety (Keamanan), dan Enviroment (Ramah lingkungan) dan juga startegi pemulihan dengan jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Strategi jangka pendek lebih mengedepankan dukungan pemerintah daerah, mulai dukungan finansial dan kebijakan yang mendukung. Strategi menengah yaitu dengan menggabungkan peran lembaga pendidikan, pemerintah dan media. Strategi jangka panjang dengan melakukan sistem opersional industri pariwisata, dengan input yaitu memperhatikan kualitas destinasi pariwisata, dan kemudian diprosesnya dengan bantuan penuh pihak pemerintah dan outputnya melakukan pembenahan yang tersturuktur sehingga pariwisata halal di ponorogo dapat perkembang lagi. Dari hasil diatas diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Pariwisata Halal di Ponorogo telah melakukan pembenahan dengan strategi-setrategi diatas, namun masih belum maksimal sehingga perlu didukung secara penuh oleh Pemerintah daerah, Stakeholder, Media dan Masyarakat.The Covid-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on all sectors, and halal tourism is a sector that is also quite affected. Abstract

Practicum become an appropriate method to give provisions in empirical experience especially for college student of Biology Education. Practicum was believed could show university students’ innovative behavior. The concrete form from using practicum method is learning model application that include learning syntax from the beginning to the end. Therefore, a research was did to analyze relation between practicum method towards innovative behaviour and the effectivity of it. Based on the result of regression analysis, all models give significance value p < 0.05 so could be known that every learning model give significance influence toward the formation of university students’ innovative behavior. Based on correlation coefficient analysis could be known that PJBL learning model give contribution value of 86.2% followed by guided inquiry of 85.4%, experiment model of 76.3% and observation model with contribution value of 64.7% toward the formation of university students’ innovative behavior. Based on the results of variance similarity analysis could be known that PJBL model is the most effictive model to form innovative behavior with difference value of 17.80 compared with other learning models. The result of research showing that all of the learning models when used on practicum relating the formation of innovative behaviour. Project based learning model gave contribution most effective towards innovative behaviour of the college students in Biology Education study program.
