The aim of this study is to make a scientific contribution to understanding the relationship between SERVQUAL model and customer loyalty. The primary objective is to examine the composite relationship between SERVQUAL model and customer loyalty from the perspective of FMCG customers. The second objective is to investigate the relationship between each dimension of the SERVQUAL model in relation to customer loyalty. Through the self-rated survey, data was collected from the 400 walk-in customers of FMCG firms. Using PLS-SEM approach, the validation of SERVQUAL model was analyzed in relation to customer loyalty. Also, the influence of each dimension of service quality on customer loyalty was examined. The findings of primary objective revealed that the SERVQUAL model is significantly and positively linked to the customer loyalty. Further, the findings of the second objective revealed that each dimension of the SERVQUAL model has a significant relationship with the customer loyalty and depicts noteworthy contribution of service quality in literature. These findings suggest that SERVQUAL model is capable of being effectively used to evaluate the service quality in the FMCG market of Pakistan. Implications and future opportunities of the study are discussed.

The basic purpose of this study is to identify a link concerning tourism, pecuniary expansion, and environmental protection in developing countries. The current research looks at the overall state of emerging economies as well as income comparisons. The study employs the 3sls model. Tourism benefits from economic growth as well. Tourism is attracted by economic prosperity, and tourism will increase tourism. According to the findings, economic growth has a negative impact on the environment, and the environment has an adverse effect on economic growth. As income activity accelerates, so will environmental emissions, and environmental emissions have a detrimental impact on economic growth? Further findings imply that tourism has a favorable impact on the environment, with an increase in tourism causing a depreciation of the ecosystem. Environmental pollution has a favorable effect on tourism, as the majority of people travel to other countries for business and religious reasons. This can be found in all models. The exchange rate has a negative influence on the overall and high-income groups, but a favorable effect in the reduced groups. In all models, the other variable, political instability, has a negative effect on tourism, while trade has a favorable effect. GDP is boosted by the literacy rate and gross capital formation Population increase, urbanization, and energy use all have a favorable impact on environmental emissions, according to the study. According to the findings, host nations should not only encourage tourism, but also guarantee that the environment is not harmed, therefore ecofriendly must be pushed to maintain a seamless and sustainable development process.

Environmental problems are escalating. Alternate fuel vehicles are a technologically viable solution to curb transport-related pollution and greenhouse gas emissions that cause environmental problems. Based on the theory of norms-driven behavior, this study explains how the underlying facets of subjective social norms (injunctive and descriptive) are linked with personal norms (integrated and introjected) and how this linkage leads to eco-socially conscious consumer behavior related to the choice and use of personal cars. Data were collected from 687 automobile customers from eight large cities in Pakistan. The partial least squares structural equation modeling approach was employed to test the hypothesized relationships of the study. The results showed that subjective norms are positively associated with personal norms, and both together lead to eco-socially conscious consumers’ behavior related to the choice and use of personal cars. Implications for marketers are suggested to promote alternate fuel vehicles and the eco-social use of personal cars.

The objective of our study is to explore the relationship between corporate governance and the performance management of Islamic banks in Pakistan. To fulfill our aim, we used the data of the five central Islamic banks working in Pakistan from 2016–2020. The data was collected from reputable banks' annual reports, and the annual accounts are downloaded from the website of the PSX data portal. For the analysis of the relationship between the variables, we used the OLS methods of research that are useful for panel data analysis. Our results show that EPS is taken for performance management, and then BSIZE (board size) has a significant positive impact on performance management at a 1% level. It means that when we increase the number of board members in the total board composition, then they can make more accurate decisions on a timely basis, and that's why there's an increase in performance. Our results also show that BIND (board independence), or independent directors on the board, has a significant negative impact on performance management at the 10% level of the power. It results in when independent directors are added to the total board composition, performance suffers as a result of the independent director's burden. Independent directors charge a considerable amount for their services.

The imposition of serious sanctions on a petro-state such as Russia will have long lasting terminal effects, one of which could be the surge in global oil prices. The economic impact of Putin’s war on Ukraine is largely political when it comes to Russia. The economic sanctions imposed on Russia by Western politicians will determine the disruptions in the supply of Brent crude oil and other exports by Russia. While as far as Ukraine is concerned, the extent of the damage caused by the Russian strikes on its infrastructure and agricultural land, will determine the disruptions in the supply of wheat, sunflower oil, and other exports. The research paper is aimed to discuss consequences of Russia-Ukraine crisis generally on South Asia and specifically on Pakistan.
